Everything went wrong. The first account manager would disappear on me for weeks at a time. Then switched account managers. Placed the order only for it to come in and realize they never told me they could not do the size embroidery for the joggers I ordered. They finally told me that when the order came in even though I provided them the exact size I wanted which was clear. Then I wanted to do another design for hoodies and they denied me even though they say there is no limit on orders. HORRIBLE customer service. 0/10. DO NOT USE THEM

Customer support and feedback are too poor and terrible. Unreliable and irresponsible with partners. Anyone who is planning to cooperate with this brand should stop immediately. They just want to promote their products for free and enjoy all the results.
