Excellent service, ordered 16kg kettle bell and two days later delivered by DHL.
Good price.

I tried to return the product in the UK as per 30 day free trial promise. The website told me to sort shipping myself and then customer service have spent the last 10 days telling me that they will send me a dispatch slip and they 'are looking into things'. I thought this was a trusted brand and now I feel like I have been scammed and do not want to risk returning the product in case they don't refund me and I would be powerless to do anything about it. Shockingly bad customer service - consistently stonewalled. Buyer beware.
They need to have a clear return system, customer service training to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally otherwise there is zero trust.

It seems like online trading is a Road benefit scamer more than honey person. Because they can open and close and open new. They should be asked where they come from. or a text to the person who sent it. They should be some way to make sure person can be located. Otherwise they scam and vanish all the time.

Ordered through Argos,not even shipped after 14 days (stated up to 12 days for delivery when purchased). Customer service claimed they knew nothing about the order and then stopped replying to emails. So bad that even Argos can't get in touch with them. Avoid at all costs.

Used TRX twice now very happy.Shipping from Holland within 72 hours each time Needed to clarify something with their US Customer Service but had no issues unlike some other reviewers . top quality equipment and highly recommended

Absolutely rubbish customer service. This company is completely slow to respond (or to respond at all) to UK customers. Save yourself time, money, and loads of grief and buy a non TRX branded suspension system on Amazon or from a local sports shop.

Avoid this company. I ordered 2 kettlebells and was sent a cheaper model that was only available on their US website and not the much nicer looking one I had ordered from their UK website.

Their customer services is terrible, refunds took forever and they withheld the postage cost despite sending me the wrong product.

I ended up recovering my money through a Paypal claim.

Also, the kettlebell looked poorly finished and I'm luck I had a near miss with them. Bought some Wolverson kettlebells instead - superior product and service in every respect.

have used the TRX system in gyms previously and felt it was a great product. When trying to but one for personal use though I have experienced the worst company and customer service I have ever, ever had the displeasure to have to deal with. A complete shambles. Delays all round, delivered to the wrong address 12 days after ordering, no response from emails, live chat on teh website never works, no phone number to call and discuss.....just all so very bad. They only get one star because you can't give zero. Stay away or get your TRX system from a 3rd party if you must.

You spend hundreds on the trxs and still you have to pay for the apps etc a money making pit thats all this company is

I purchased my TRX PRO4 at the end of November to shift to more flexible training outside of the gym. I was wary due to negative reviews posted on this site (they’re under trxtraining.com as opposed to .co.uk) I needn’t have worried! My experience was excellent! Communications were very good, and I received my TRX faster than other local deliveries, even though it was despatched from the Netherlands. There was a small fault on one of the handles, but this was rectified seamlessly and attentively by the team, who sent a swift replacement. The customer care was absolutely first class. The TRX equipment may be quite expensive, but taking into consideration the cost of gym membership fees, I consider it a worthy investment! It’s fun to use, compact to carry around, and a versatile and inventive kit to open up your fitness routine. Have also learned new exercises from the included app subscription! Highly recommended.

I’ve been using TRX suspension trainers after I had a car accident where I tore my left EPC and a muscle in my lower back making walking and training difficult. With the help of a PT, I was introduced to the TRX as part of my rehab, and then became my go-to to work on my mobility and joints.

Thier suspension trainers are all great quality and hard wearing and I would say they’re the best on the market.

Bought some bits during lockdown, one item was damaged. Contacted customer services who were amazingly helpful, offered various options and also took my disability into account when arranging an exchange.

Had to recently cancel an item where they acknowledged and processed the refund within a few days - this is what great customer service is all about.

Can’t wait to add to my growing collection of home gym equipment.
