False and inaccurate feedback from their assessment process.

Well. How can you trust these people. I have followed their initial assesment process trying out a dozen different options from age to minimal sun exposure to medium and frequent. From 30 + years old to 60 + years old. The results are the same....Infact ...identical. always the same. HIGH RISK what a load of bull shit. If you put in honest answers. You should get honest feed back.

I discovered that in three days my crows' feet were gone

I discovered that in three days, I had rid myself of crows' feet, then a patient of mine stole the little tub of goodness from my bathroom. I have not been able to reorder till the 25th. In doing so, I think I discovered a criminal website claiming to be you, Forged Men.

Sketchy at best

First, they have literally NO customer service! I’ve tried for days and can’t speak to a real person.
Second, they claim it’s “made in the USA” which is NOT the truth! When using the tracking information you will see that it has to “clear customs Centre.”
Third, I ordered 15 days ago and according yo the tracking information they sent, it just cleared the customs centre and “still” has no delivery date, it only says “in transit.”
So, whether it works or not is beyond me but if this is their typical way of doing business, I will avoid them at all costs.

Amazing Support Staff

The support staff on the other side was super friendly and helpful. She gave me a speedy resolution to my inquiry and honestly couldn’t thank her enough over the phone. There I was waiting for a rep to answer my call and me thinking that it was going to be hurdle to get my specific situation resolved and when she picked up the phone and explained everything she gave me options which is something a rarely see. So again please thank her on my behalf. Forge has an amazing team of reps working.

Great experience and a great product

Great experience and a great product. My only problem I have had with the new cream is the container was only 3 quarters full of product. Since I’ve been using the new cream I have a jar of the old product and been using it on my head after I finish shaving it, which I’ve been doing it for the past 26 years. But I’m noticing that if I go a couple of days without shaving where I was balding 26 years ago I’ve noticed hair growth. Now unsure why but I’m telling myself it’s because of the old Forge cream.
GREAT PRODUCT
Just wish my first jar of the new product had arrived full of this outstanding product.

Worst customer service ever!!

Worst customer service ever!!! Order product on February 24th, received an initial shipping notification the very next day. Waiting patiently checking shipping update until March 11th with no change in status and no product. Reached out to customer service asking them at what point they either refund or send replacement order. Response was they would look into it. Status from shipping company changed to “in route” and stayed that way for the rest of the week. Reached out several times by email to customer service saying that obviously the product has been lost…their response was that it shows shipment was “in transit” and that I should wait patiently. Then, after another week of no product and several emails to customer service asking for some sort of resolution, they offered to refund my purchase 20%, but that I would still have to wait patiently as the shipping status had changed to “en route”. After 3 weeks of no product and no resolution they thanked me for my patience and said they would refund my credit card 30%, but never offered to send a replacement order. On the fourth week, I finally called customer service and demanded my credit card be refunded the entire amount which they finally did, but still never offered to send a replacement order…I have made many internet purchases and have never dealt with such poor customer service!!! After receiving my refund I sent one last email asking them to still make things right and there response was that since they refunded my credit card there was nothing else they would do but if I wanted to buy something from them in the future they would be glad to help with anything I needed??? What a joke

Not a product in sight.

Well Ill start with my second order was placed in January for over 500 dollars. They overcharged me and to get that fixed was really annoying to start. I still have not recieved my items either. I was asked to accept a 20% refund which I refused. They then said since its already "shipped" supposedly they offered me a 50% refund. That was two weeks ago. Im going on over two months without my order and a refund hasnt hit my account either. So all in all for the cost of these products and the fact they are shipping from the depths of China I will never use this product again. I have spent over 1000 dollars with this company over the last 6 months. They haven't fully refund my money for my last order and I still have no idea where my product is....I would suggest staying clear of this business.

Predatory Sales Tactics and Zero Customer Support

This company operates in a way that raises serious concerns about its business practices.

I purchased a single product for approximately $100 after seeing a YouTube ad. Immediately after checkout, I was forced through multiple 10-minute upsell videos—three in total—pushing additional products. The process is intentionally structured to pressure additional purchases without clear, transparent confirmation of what you are agreeing to buy.

The result: I was charged nearly $500.

Within hours of placing the order, I emailed requesting full cancellation and a refund. I sent six separate emails. Not a single response.

I then called their listed customer support number (407-612-2504). After sitting on hold, I was told the wait time was approximately 50 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes with no progress, I disconnected. I also submitted a message through their website—again, no response.

There is no legitimate excuse for this level of non-response, especially when a customer is trying to cancel within hours of placing an order. This is either gross incompetence or a deliberate attempt to delay and avoid refunds.

Charging customers hundreds of dollars through a confusing upsell funnel, combined with effectively nonexistent customer support, is unacceptable.

If this matter is not resolved immediately with a full refund, I will be filing formal complaints with the Florida Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau.

Do not do business with this company. Avoid purchasing anything through YouTube ads tied to this operation. This is not a company you want to trust with your credit card.

Mass email/calls...then....a reorder unapproved

Immediately got a solicitor call after buying 1 (one) item. Took forever. Get 2 emails per day minimum assuring security. Should have been a red flag. Reorder pops up and they have my card # . Totally scam, bait n switch. Impossible to get them on phone. Bummer! And product is actually sourced in China???

Placed an order with these scammers 4 weeks ago they sent me an email confirming my order, not given a tracking number and no way of contacting them, therefore I have instructed UK trade and standards custom officers to take action against these scammers typical AMERICAN THIEFS AT THERE BEST

If you notice all the replies from these bogus scammers are identical “generic “ I don’t expect this to receive my orders

I received a response from Forgeman requesting me to get in contact with them to resolve this issue, however the email address they provided was invalid and the contact number was also invalid so I’ve sent them copies of the order confirmation that they sent me when the took my order, yet still no response or goods received, furthermore the response they send is generic you can’t contact these scammers,
And finally I plead with everyone to avoid Forgemen these are scammers and they pass your information on to other parties across USA and if you do receive anything from these thieves I guarantee it will come from china
