Product damaged right out of the box

I purchased four of the no more plus the cleaning unit. My husband’s works fine. The one I have works one time and shuts down and has to be recharged. The company wants me to pay to ship a faulty product back to them. Their customer service is rude and unreasonable. I would not buy any of these again. It is a scam. The product was damaged right out of the box save your money and find a different product. You will get no help from the company even though they send faulty products out.

The first day I used this device I was considering taking medicine for my nasal converstion. I used this device for 10 minutes and was amazed because I no longer take medicine for nasal congestion. This device is absolutely amazing !!!

Waste of money

I use this product less than a month and it quit working. I have contacted their customer service and they have refused to replace it. Do not buy.

The message that was sent to you as a response to your replacement request was a test to see if indeed the product was defective or if just doing that process was enough to make it work.

I ordered No More Colds and never…

I ordered No More Colds and never received my order. I contacted the company several times via email, since it’s the only way to contact them. The only company address they have is in Italy and no number. I sent them the delivery map and they said it wasn’t reliable but said it was delivered and it never was. I was home that day and I have a security camera at my front door that would confirm this delivery. This is very frustrating to spend this money and not receive the product, I don’t trust this company and don’t recommend them.

I have used it for 4 months now

I have used it for 4 months now. I went off all my prescriptions for allergies. From the start felt so much better and no more sneezing or sore throat. 12/25/2024 came down with a real bad cold used for a week and cold went away.

Got a precold this morning used it 3 times to get all the junk and felt a sneeze coming up so I took 4 deep breaths and my sneeze and junk all went away. Love this red light therapy. I have had year long allergies all my adult life. I’m 61 yrs old.

Seriously

Seriously - I was so skeptical and I am convinced. I have started to get a cold twice and both times increased my usage to twice a day and my congestion and sore throat quickly subsided. Within 10-15 minutes I am back to feeling great with no cold symptoms. It's remarkable.

Partial Refund is Better Than Nothing

I was excited to try this products with colds/allergies, etc. It came and the first week of using it not only didn't help, it made it worse.

I contacted the company for a refund and they gave me the form to fill out and the address to ship to... in Italy! I knew already that it would be expensive to ship.

Went to USPS and the said it would be $35 to ship. That is half of what I paid for these two devices. Then, the guy at USPS said that Italian customs will not accept open electronics with batteries (rechargeable or otherwise). So he said he would only ship the one unopened item.

So that means I'm spending $35 to ship a $35 item back for a refund? I won't do it. I reached out to the company to ask for an address in America, but they didn't have one. So what do I do now? Pay $35 and ship both and hope it gets past customs so I can get $70 back? What if it doesn't work and I spend another $35 and it never gets back to the company? Now I am out $100.

I asked for a refund (minus their initial shipping costs to me) and they accepted that request. SO, though the product didn't meet my expectations, at least they could accomodate me more than it originally appeared.

Bought the nomore cold

Bought the nomore cold. This helped prevent a full blown cold. I had to use a couple days straight but it definitely helped reduce symptoms and prevent cold.

I just received my NoMore Red Light…

I just received my NoMore Red Light Therapy. I didn't have a tracking number and when I contacted customer service to inquire about my order they were excellent! They even checked back in to make sure I received my package. It came today and I'm trying it out for the first time. It came packaged beautifully, the instructions are clear, it is easy to use, and very comfortable. I am looking forward to an easier cold and flu season this winter. I'm a teacher so I need all the help i can get!

I am quite skeptical of just about…

I am quite skeptical of just about everything, especially Facebook ads. But I tried this as I have chronic sinusitis and fall allergies. It works. I used it during "prime" allergy season where I live, and was surprised that after a few days my nose is clear and my headache went away. I plan on having one of these small devices (well made) around all year. It's worth the price and quite easy to use.

Terrible return policy

Terrible return policy. They are unresponsive and you pay for the return on your dime back to Italy. Which costs more than the product. Do not purchase this product.
