Very disappointed - received the package however was not the product ordered. Messaged them and after a few attempts they said that they had run out of the packaging and so had used another one, but said the product was the correct one ordered inside. However it was not the right product and the instructions for use were different on the packaging to the ones on the site for the product I ordered. Very dissatisfied with the service and product will not be purchasing again.

Also received some collagen serum that was actually blue! Will not be using!!

Hello, according to your selling information there should be 3 meter of length in 1 package. Unfortunately there is only 1/2 meter (max 50cm) in the package I received. This is a complete misinformation and over price for this product. Moreover you are not able to send them a complain over their website.

Advertising is false. They claim one roll of the tape will last about 30 days and the rolls are tiny. Much smaller than what is actually advertised and not enough on the roll to even last a week. Also, product does not work. Total scam.
