Updating (downgrading from a five-star to current one-star rating) review. Despite a 90-day money-back guarantee, i have had nothing but trouble getting a return authorization and refund for excess product that was mistakenly ordered. Will update review if satisforically resolved.
Updating review and rating (to 3 stars) after resolution of issue. Rating could actually be lower, but am giving creedence to issue resolution. After FIVE separate emails requesting a return authorization, address to ship unused/unopened items, and refund for said items, refund was actually granted (and told me to keep unused items). I did NOT want the excess items (as very limited on storage).
Website has been structured to default to monthly subscriptions. Even after selecting one-time shipment, when quantity is changed, it defaults back to subscrption mode.
Unsatisfactory that it takes 5 emails to get a refund granted. Company reps kept answering requests for refunds with offers to have me accept a lesser refund percentage and ability to keep additional product.
If it's a 90-day, money-back guarantee, and customer asks for a refund at day one, day 90, or anywhere in between, then grant the refund. Also, enable the customer to request refund on order history page if desired. (Currently, if trying to initiate a return/refund, depending on 'reason,' it will either give a message to wait longer and try it out, or it will go to a blank page with no further action selectable.)
I have been a repeat, sole shipment custoner, but this most recent experience has left me questioning whether I will continue to be.

Amazing how many of these 5 star reviews are fom people with only that review, and who do not phrase things very well...isnt it ? Looks like fakery to me.
I read the response for Spartan, just more of the normal carefully phrased stuff which actually says very little.
What was missing was any response to the number of 1 review people who do not phrase things very well. They also appear to mention certain people, instead of the product ??. Read for yourselves everyone..your decision to make of course.

Marc was fast and efficient to resolve my issue with extra orders that I didn't order. I was surprised how the whole issue was fixed in a couple of hours. Excellent customer service.
No matter how good or bad a product is
No matter how good or bad a product is, if a company engages in shady, scary and threatening practices, customers will not come back to you. Eg. When you go to buy their product online, you can't just click on an item and buy it, they force you to watch a series of long videos thar can't be skipped. Then, after entering payment details, they continue to force you to watch more long videos. I had read the warnings in others customer reviews about getting locked in to subscriptions that they didn't sign up to, so I made sure that I chose not to pick a payment subscription. Then after a couple of months I received an email saying that they were going to take a subscription payment from me. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! This is not a company that you want to get involved with.
