Received my package today

Received my package today, it was missing two items. I contacted customer service and they were quick to respond. They also contacted me letting me know they have sent the missing items out to complete my order. I am very pleased with how fast they have responded. Would definitely keep buy products with this company.

I want to compliment Marinella

I want to compliment Marinella; I can't remember a better "Customer Satisfaction" experience. She wrote a lengthy apology for the "Video Gauntlet" that I had to watch, for over 30 Mins, in order to place a simple order. She gave me the DIRECT link to order future products without the hassle of the "Video Gauntlet". I was ready to dump this product, until I heard from Marinella. She's a "Keeper".

Marinella communicated quickly through…

Marinella communicated quickly through emails and took corrective action right away.
Marinella was kind of passionate about that.
Their shampoo product feels good on me.
Their other generic content emails are a bit entertaining to me (good humor).

The shampoo did absolutely nothing

The shampoo did absolutely nothing. There was no change at all. Spartan shampoo is modern-day snake oil. I did not grow it single hair!

Total scam

Total scam, and very similar in look and UX to other similar scams. Product arrives from China. All the obvious clues are present. Although they are active to fraudulently make their shell company appear legit, search a little closer. You will see all the obvious omissions, missteps, and deceptions.
