This is the worst company. I agree with other reviews. This doesn’t deserve a star. I emailed the company to cancel subscription but no reply received. Followed their instructions on how to cancel but when you reach their website it says “you don’t have an active subscription”. To my surprise, I received an email that I placed an order on the day I went into their site to cancel!
Subscription that I did not even sign up for that continues to send me product I do not want and there is no seeming way to cancel. I have reported to authorities and state level officials. Their business is listed with several other scammy websites under a shell called "Kandy for equity Holdings" which as the name implies is like taking candy from a baby. I have cancelled payments and will be seeking legal action if they do not truly cancel the subscription. There is no way to do it through shopify or on the website. It is ridiculous this kind of thing can still occur in this day and age.
I sent you all my money since February 2nd. It's now February 16th. I never got the whispore gel. Yall owe me my money are the product. You tried the wrong one!!!
This Whisp company is a scam. There is no way to unsubscribe, so that claim is false. I don't even remember sunscribing to begin with. They do not reply to emails. The reviews are fake-- if you pay attention, a lot of the reviews are talking about an entirely different product/company called Scentless. Everything about this product, from website to ads, screams "red flag" & fake. By the way the herbal gel doesn’t work. It causes no long-term change, it only works like a 10-minute lasting mint. Also they changed their scammy website name from try-whisp.com to whispore.com. All AI made, especially the obvious AI "people" promoting this product in their AI generated videos. Stay away
Unauthorized Subscription – Extremely Frustrating Experience
I made a one-time purchase and was later charged again without clearly consenting to a subscription.
Cancelling was intentionally difficult. There is no clear way to cancel, support is hard to reach, and the account portal provides vague or unhelpful instructions.
I had to contact my credit card company to block future charges and dispute the transaction.
If you’re considering ordering, be very careful — this company uses dark subscription practices that make it easy to get charged again and hard to stop it.
I would not do business with them again.
