This company doesn't explain during advertising in order for using camera you are forced to pay for extra service to use camera system. Very small print showing ripp of prices for setting up I cloud account do not buy and get involved with this company.

Purchased 3 Cameras none would power up...Yes, I tried three different power supplies...total waste of time and money

they do not tell you you need a subscription this so you think your getting a good deal you are not it is a rip off check out YouTube videos now I now they are collecting all your data to sell on scames etc DO NOT BUY PUT THE WORD AROUND ON SOCIAL MEDIA ETC THANK YOU

I was given a camera and was in the process of downloading the app but decided to read the fine print EULA and found that you are granting the CCP full access to remotely take control and allow them access to all your personal data and information on your phone. This is a breach of personal privacy and a national threat to the security of our nation. Just like tik-tok having full access. We are currently in a cyber war with the PRC and they are sneaking in through the back door virtually.

When I tried to order them my credit card company would not approve the transaction and cancelled my card immediately. When I talked to them they said they believe they are a scammer. They had to send me a new card. I checked my credit card charges on their website and I was charged 10 times. All were refused by the card.

Following on from my encounter with this company . For me to send back I have to pay all of the cost and they will not guarantee a full refund. Don’t buy this there are hidden costs to get full use of the cameras. They should be taken to trading standard for wrong info. You need to pay for Cloud. Also by the way they are rubbish don’t buy them. Stay away. On another note I did get 50% refund but know the cameras will not work. Don't buy

I should have read more reviews before ordering. My experience was similar to two other reviews on this thread. Web I suspect that the website for ordering was a scam/misleading and deceptive. After I entered my details and card numbers I didn't see what I expected to see. No confirmation of purchase, no final bill and total, P&P etc. Instead a message to say that there was an error and close. I closed the page as there was no alternative. Checked my email no messages until the next morning stating that the order is on its way to me. I ordered only one camera but they have charged for 3 with a lifetime warranty at extra cost. I wish to write more, but the short message is AVOID this company.

This site must be some sort of scam. On their website they boast a TrustScore 4.9 | comprising 1,204 Reviews oh really!!! How come this page reveals 3 reviews (including this one) and all are 1-star. Leave you to make your mind up regarding the product, but won't be buying one.

I was going to buy this product until I realised that there is no way of contacting the company. They give no address, telephone number or email. They do have an obscurely placed Contact Us button to send them a message, but if you press it it just takes you back to the Company Info page - that actually gives no info! My advice is avoid any company that you can't contact!

This or any other Optiguard site selling lightbulb type cameras.

I was stupid enough to fall for it but luckily got my cash back.
***Weird as it as, I did get 4 cameras after this initial post. I only ordered one but was charged and sent 4 and although I did not hear anything as far as getting a receipt or acknowledgement of purchase, they eventually came. I paid the bank back- not tried them yet.
