I was interested in this supplement but customer service is nonexistent and product may never be received.
I was interested in this supplement after reading some stellar reviews from others. I went directly to the website and made a purchase of several bottles. I have found their customer service to be nonexistent. No response on chat even after several days of trying. No response from email correspondence either. Ordered product 2 weeks ago and it still has not shipped or shown any action by tryalodi.com
I am very concerned at this point that this may be a scam website.
Ironically, there is an option when you pay for your purchase to tip the employees who pack and send your product. So far 0 stars for service
update 10/29/25: I finally received a notification that my order has been sent to USPS with a tracking number. I also received a response email today (After 3 attempts of email contact form) that my order has shipped today. I will update again once I receive and am able to try the product.
UPDATE 11/2025 I did in fact receive my product and an email apologizing for the delay. I am upgrading my experience 1 star as product seems good but service is poor.
