Scammers…read the reviews on their website; which were all positive, donated numerous Quran’s in the names of friends and family, received a text confirmation, but nothing else, have tried contacting via website and email but no answer. Do not use this website

I received a order confirmation but I have not received the video . The order was from 3rd February 2025. I paid £124.35. I have emailed them but did not receive a response

Absolutely scam i donated qurans and wheelchairs for sadaqah jariya and i never received any videos or evidence or receipts and im really disappointed 😞

I've ordered 3 wheelchairs for 132,75€ on 3rd March 2025 and didn't get any evidence they promised on their website.
Even after trying to contact them via email or instagram, absolutely no replies.
This is a total scam page, do not trust them and DO NOT order anything from there!

A month ago or so ( i can't recall the date) I made donations. I emailed the company, live chat, and Instagram message to get some validation on my donations money i sent. Till today, they have not sent me the video of my donations nor tried to contact me. This is really depressing as I made donations based on some honest reviews and the groups commitment and honesty on their website. Astagfirrula for any dishonesty these group are presenting. If they do read this and come back to me, I sure it they will present me with an excuse.

Scam, never got back or replied. Just took the money

Never got back after I paid money for Quran Pak donation. They also messaged me in the beginning that it takes 8-10 business days for delivery of order to Makkah. They told me once the order is delivered they inform the contributor. However, it’s been more than 2 months and nobody has informed me although I have messaged them quite a few times with my order number. All I get is, No response. First I thought I would let it go as Allah knows the intention of the contributor but than I thought if it’s a spam, the people should know.

Unreliable customer service
In good faith I made the donations of umrah by proxy , a wheelchair and the deposit of copies of the Quran and received nothing as acknowledgement or proof despite many emails to them . They do not respond to emails except only once leading me to believe they were legitimate . Never again. Allah swt knows my intentions were pure . I am very disappointed . I used my Wakala also . Allah knows best . I leave it to the blessed Almighty .

Guys this is a scam website please please do not make any donations instead make a screenshot of this site and spread the word out on your social media page this site needs to be shut down also report it online . And let your bank know too . They won't send you a video they won't reply to emails or phone calls they are just pocketing people's money and getting rich by targeting vulnerable people they will be punished by ALLAH eventually but meanwhile let us spread the word.

Complete SCAM . I sent an order two weeks ago, then never heard back. Emailed, wrote on the website chat, called the number which isn’t working. No response. DO NOT TRUST .

SCAM! do not trust, they take your money and don’t send any proof and will not get back to you!

Scam. Never sent a video of the donation of the Quran being made. Don't waste your money although your intentions are pure. These people will be held accountable for scamming in the name of good deeds like this. Using the Quran etc for financial gain like this by scamming people. Fear Allah!

Scam! Absolutely disgusting. They don’t respond to emails.

It’s a scam and fraud. They do not get back to you and have multiple different accounts on intstagram: trynamanah, amanah, mywakala, mysadaqaofficiel.
DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!
Despite my intentions being pure and wanting to make sadaqa it’s seriously beyond disgusting and disgraceful that people can do this. Despite knowing Allah is all knowing and watching.

Did not show proof as the purchase said they will show proof. Waited almost three weeks to take matters into my own hands. I’ve emailed them a numerous of times and no reply.
