I ordered 1 product. Towards the end of the purchase process and extra discounted offer popped up which i didn't want or add to my purchase. Upon confirming my order it appeared id purchased 12 items of the product. Immediately contacted company who responded a couple of hours later to be told sorry item already shipped. Deceptive and fraudulent website that use disgusting business practice. Do not buy from this business.
After the reply from the company on here to check my email as they have reached out to me I wish to advise No they haven't. More lies from this company.

First order.. patches do not adhere …..
Sent back.. ordered another 10 pads… they do not adhere… you’ve got to be kidding…. TWICE!!!!!!!! Adhesive is not working at ALL…has anyone had same problem…. Pretty sad.. trying a product that states it so good… doesn’t even adhere to… very disappointing, have naturopathy.. this is another fraud product…..

I received the product but did not use…
I received the product but did not use for a while due to travel. I just started using 5 days ago and I am very pleased with the results. My night time foot pain is gone, I am sleeping more soundly and my walks are much better. I walk 4 to 5 miles per day 5 to 6 days a week. I am 79 years old and walks are stronger now. I live in Texas and the summers here are hot. I handle heat well but even this has seemed to improve. If I could give 10 stars I would. Unlike some of your customers I had no issue with the order process. Now that your product is available on Amazon Prime I will probably order from them. Great product keep up the good work and I hope you stay with Amazon.

Over charged. Add states a price. You assume its marketed in your country and find out its charged in US dollars and they add things to the order you did not want.

Ordered one box and recived one box. However I was charged for five boxes. It seems that after looking at there reviews this is common practice for this company. There customer service is worthless at best, they continue to send emails but have yet issued a refund.very unethical business practice. For the product I was going to try another box to confirm if it was affective or not.but I assure you that will not be happening. Fraudulent refund process
Fraudulent refund process, the item was stuck in shipping for 30 days before being returned to sender. When I contacted customer service, they made up policies to avoid giving a refund despite there being a clear refund policy. Terrible customer service experience

SCAM ALERT!!
I ordered one product and was charged double the original cost for an additional product I will never use.
I looked up my bank statement to find the two split payments. Their website is set up to add other products that you have no way of knowing have been added to your order. The money is just taken out of your account as a split payment.
Immediately I noticed this (which was about 2 hours after ordering) I emailed their customer care team who replied to say they couldn't cancel the unordered part of the order because it had already been despatched. That would have to be an outright untruth. I emailed them again to say I would not accept that and am waiting on a response.
Meantime, I have cancelled all of my automatic payments, one of which seemed to be for their company under the name of MB Versus Media.

I have not received my package although Relay claimed to have delivered it to a safe place. They did not, I live on the first floor of a Block of flats and they delivered my package onto the 3rd step of the first flight of stairs as you enter the front door of the block. I do not live on the stairs but the stairs is located very close to the main front door of the Block of Flats, hence I truly believe that my package was set up to be stolen as part of the scams that is operating at the moment. Relay maintains that the stairs is a safe place to deliver a package according to their policy. So again their policy appears to support these scams. Bandoo should investigate Relay and their Delivery Policy and also replace my order.

I didn't approve a purchase of hundreds of dollars
I didn't approve a purchase through their trick paywall which automatically added on hundreds of dollars worth of products. I reviewed it, cancelled it and went back to the start and ordered the products I wanted and paid for it. Then I got an email saying the first order for hundreds of dollars had gone through as well. I wrote emails, I went through their customer portal. They replied that they'd received my cancellation. They have still overcharged me and didn't cancel the order.

Payments happening without confirmation! It’s a scam
Don’t buy from this company, they legit at scamming!!!!!!!!!
I got money taken out from my bank confirming an order that I’ve never made and they refused to refund me or pay for the delivery costs once it’s arrived. They know the problem and they don’t do anything about it.
Actually on their website they take pride for their safe Payment platform!! Omg!!!
