Do not TRUST this company! I would give ZERO stars

I placed an order for Collegan on March 21st. I still have not received my order. Two week after I ordered and noticed I have not received even a shipping email, I reached out to the company for shipping details. I was then told they were out of the product and had to make more, and THEN they will ship it to me. Why wouldn't they mention the product being back ordered when I purchased it? Why wasn't this communicated to me? I have reached out for a refund and Michelle the Ai bot is the only response I get. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
