While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Bloom is practice management software built specifically for UK private practitioners. We help counsellors, psychotherapists, psychologists, coaches, and wellness professionals run their private practice from one secure place, so they can spend less time on admin and more time with clients. We're a small UK-based team focused on one thing: making the day-to-day of running a private practice feel calm and manageable. Bloom replaces the patchwork of paper diaries, spreadsheets, separate booking links, and free tools most therapists rely on with a single workspace designed around how UK practices actually work. With Bloom, private practitioners can take online bookings through a personal booking page, manage their calendar with recurring appointments and buffer times between sessions, send and sign counselling agreements electronically, write encrypted session notes, track client payments, and send automatic email reminders before and after sessions. Practitioners can also create their own session types, set cancellation policies with late-notice fees, and download their schedule as an iCal feed for Google Calendar or Apple Calendar. Solo practitioners and multi-practitioner practices are both supported. Practice owners can invite team members, share internal documents like policies and DBS certificates, and manage seats from a single billing account. Each therapist's client data stays scoped to them, which keeps things compliant when team members come and go. Bloom is built in the UK, hosted in the EU, and designed around UK GDPR from the ground up. We're registered with the ICO. There are no insurance billing dependencies, no HIPAA-shaped workflows bolted on from the US, and no features that assume you're working with American payment systems. Just the tools UK private practitioners actually need. We're a calmer, simpler alternative to platforms like WriteUpp, Cliniko, Semble, Jane App, and SimplePractice. Practitioners come to Bloom because they want something that feels modern, doesn't get in their way, and doesn't require a training session to set up. Bloom is independent and bootstrapped. We answer to our users, not investors. Feedback from practitioners directly shapes what we build next, and our roadmap is driven by what real therapists tell us they need rather than what looks good in a pitch deck. We offer transparent monthly pricing with no long contracts. Cancelled accounts keep read-only access to historical client records to support data retention obligations under UK GDPR and professional body guidelines. If you're a UK therapist, counsellor, or wellness professional looking for practice management software that respects your time and your clients' privacy, you can learn more at trybloom.co.uk.
