We moved from a service that was full of issues and with problematic support, and wanted something easier, local and with a quick response when there were problems.
The TryBooking team have been great, helping us setup, supporting our quirky requirements, and getting us up and running very quicky. Our first events went really well, with only a few issues that their support quickly dealt with. The reply quickly with answers, offer online meetings and screen sharing if needed. Even over a weekend and the CEO joined to help.
For us the measure is not 'does anything go wrong', but 'what they do when it does'. And they have been brilliant. So glad we made the change.

Unable to complete ticket booking.
I have made multiple attempts to book tickets to an event on the Trybooking site. I have entered all the relevant credentials (including an authorised credit card) but when I select finalise payment all I see is a circle of death that continues to roll. No error message appears so I have had to give up. Contact with the helpdesk was entirely unsatisfactory. Their only suggestion other than clearing browser cache or using another browser (both of which I had already done) was to contact the event organiser to arrange a payment over the phone. All my booking attempts were done on either an iPhone 14, iPhone 15 or an iPad 10. This gives me no choice but to provide a no star review.
I had a wonderful experience speaking with Julie from TryBooking’s customer support team. She was extremely helpful, patient, and professional, guiding me through my queries with clarity and efficiency. Highly recommend her assistance!

As a customer trying to buy a ticket, it’s almost impossible to find an event using NA keywords. Until I found the exact name in full, I wasn’t able to find the event. Terrible search system.

Trying to book tickets for Gigrin Farm, the red kite feeding location, the online payment froze at the bank's page, so I thought the cost hadn't gone through. I tried the following day and was successfully able to book tickets. A week later, I picked up a voicemail from TryBooking, concerned that we seemed to have paid twice - ie the first attempt had registered with my bank. I called the number on the voicemail, to connect immediately with a delightful gentleman who explained they'd actually tried twice to contact me, but had decided I hadn't intended to pay twice, so they'd refunded the second charge.
I hate using ticketing agents - anonymous, rigid, expensive. However, TryBooking was just the opposite - personal, kind and caring. Thank you to all TryBooking people involved.

Horrible experience. Started 8 minutes from 10am ticket release. Sites repeatedly teases you with countdown and resets. Am still on after 2 countdowns and reaching #1 in cue only to be put back to 13 thousand and something. Unrealistically constant reduction in the cue suggests its not real data. Disgusting way to treat people. I have screenshots with times I'll share on google review. Businesses AVOID this company for your tickets!

Probably the worst experience I've ever had trying to buy tickets online. When attempting to book a high demand event, their pages kept timing out at various stages of the process with error pages, needing you to start the process again, ultimately leading to the same (or different) error page. Even the contact us for assistance page resulted in an error page! At one point during the process, a holding page came up with a 51min count down wait time to book. After waiting for this to count down to zero, yet another error page popped up! After more than an hour and 45mins of my time attempting to book 4 tickets, the event was sold out and now we need to cancel the accomodation we had booked for the event. Clearly trybooking.com's system can't handle any sort of heavy web traffic! They really should consider changing their name to NObooking.com because that is more likely going to be your experience!

Trybooking needs to seriously consider improving the capacity of people able to use the website.
After being on the website before the tickets dropped and trying for 2 hours... I was unsuccessful in getting tickets.
Error codes popped up.
One second i had 0 tickets and then suddenly i had 49 tickets!?
Ridiculous, the website gave no helpful ques and it was a pure guessing game at whether you were making progress or not.
Very disappointing considering the "predicted high traffic"!!

For large events should go through the big ticket companies.
