The product was never delivered and they did not respond to repeated attempts to contact them! I have no choice but to request a charge-back through my card issuer which is a difficult process.

I suspect they did not pass on my Phone/Email to the courier since the courier was unable to contact me, but still, they only provide one email as a contact email and didn't respond to any of my 3 emails, this is very bad and I paid more than 75 EUR, this is terrible

This company states they'll deliver by UPS. It doesn't state where they are based. I deliberately checked who they used for delivery as one courier, Evri, doesn't deliver here.

After 5 days, I received an email stating the item had been dispatched....to Evri! And it is still sat at Evri a week later.

I have emailed the company but suspect I'll be ghosted, in which case I will claim back via my credit card company. AVOID!

Bought the 'GuardianPro® All-in-one Emergency Hub' from them. On the positive side, it turned up and as is described.

However, I could see much more powerful equivalents on Amazon for half the price, so emailed them for returns info, and 4 emails later I still have not even had a response.

This company is not legally registered in Canada. Their registration on the Government of Canadas website shows that the company was dissolved in 2016 and they are legally not allowed to operate. They've tentatively taken my money and are not replying to my emails when I ask for a refund/cancellation of order.
