Haven’t noticed any weight difference…

Haven’t noticed any weight difference yet. Clothes still fitting the same. Haven’t noticed much decrease in appetite . The first month was cheap and affordable but the next month was the same price as lily direct. Hoping to see some difference in body and weight in the next month. Hoping for the best but feeling doubtful to be honest

Amazing customer service !!

Amazing customer service !!! I love being able to speak to real humans. The agents in the phone are always very helpful and patient. Erin, the agent that helped me most recently was absolutely delightful!! Miss Erin answer all my questions and stayed with me on the line helping me navigate the patient portal. Your customer service representative…

Your customer service representative was very helpful he gave tme some of the information i needed,and I was greatful
But I still haven't heard anything about about my prescription or what it's not been shipped from the pharmacy or when it will be and when it may be delivered to me,,
I've had absolutely no updates about it or if there may be something I don't know about that needs completed , because I got no emails or texts telling me there was something I was supposed to complete but I've no received any texts or emails INFORMING me I need to complete!!

I'm just confused on why my GLP-1 MEDICATION IS STILL PENDING AT THE PHARMACY,
I AM EXCITED AND DONT HAVE AOT OF PATIENCE IN WAITING, THOUGH IM AM DOINY BEST BUT A LITTLE MORE INFORMATION AND SOME CURRENT UPDATES ON WHAT THE HOLDUP IS,, AND IVE HAD NO OTHER UPDATES SENCE THE DOCTOR APPROVED MY TREATMENT AND SENT IT TO THE PHARMACY AND THAT IS WHERE ITS BEEN SENCE THE DAY I PURCHASED THE GLP-1 IT AND THE DOCTOR APPROVED AND IT WAS SENT TO THE PHARMACY THAT WAS APRIL 5,2026 AND ITS STILL THERE AND IVE HAD ABSOLUTELY NO FURTHER UPDATES ONE WAY OR THE OTHER,, PLEASE REPLY SOON,, THANK YOU
