I would have liked to be reassured if…

I would have liked to be reassured if not suitable I could return free of charge for a full refund - something I can do with Amazon. I liked how the product sounded. Delivery from China was quick and I was kept well Informed but Evri was slow, it sat at various depots along the way for days at a time.

I ordered 1 pair of these with hopes it…

I ordered 1 pair of these with hopes it would help with circulation issues in legs. Right from the start of ordering I was horrified to see I was charged for 2. I had no idea they thought and said I was ordered 2 sets. Why would I when I have only 2 legs ? i tried going through pay pal to get 1 set refunded and emsense keep sending them and me confusing info. Got shipment yesterday and requested a refund This shipment is eligiable for one. Now they are sending me refund links that do not work and then sending me emails saying I cannot return because it is not eligiable. I am so tired of this dishonest scamming company. Please do not order from them. If possible order from amazon where you do not have these issues

BEWARE when ordering from this company.


Money taken without being authorised, two different amounts of money taken at the same time, order had been doubled. I contacted them immediately, was told order had been shipped (a lie). Delivery took 11days. I now refuse to pay postage to return something I did not order.

Product does not work for me. Battery strength is poor needs constant recharging.

Delivery was ok but their refund system…

Delivery was ok but their refund system not so good. Despite returning unwanted items as soon they arrived and follow instructions to return them and photo copying the proof of posting, I received numerous emails saying they did not recognise the tracking number. These items were returned by first class Royal mail. I finally received notification that they had refunded money for one of the items and I am still awaiting confirmation on the second one.

Definitely worth the purchase!

I purchased 2 foot massagers. I've only been using them for a week now. I find them to be quite good as I have bad osteo arthritis in my feet. It helps with swelling and pain. I walk well after using them. The only thing I wanted to point out is that the vibration is a bit noisy.
Otherwise, I love them.

Potential purchasers want to know what they do!

It certainly was not a great experience as not enough information was available about the product on sale, what it is used for and just how easy and/or difficult it is to use it. Neither was any information given for people like me who is a nearly 80 year old gent who suffers from diabetic neuropathy. I still have no proper idea as to what the EMSENSE product can do for me but I most certainly want them ASAP!

EMSense - impossible to get refund

EMSense : tried to order one foot masserger; the web site 'tricked' me into purchasing two! Tried to cancel order immediatly within 7 minutes - EMSense said it had alraedy been shipped (1st lie!). Upon receipt of the two items, immediatly returned one of them using their Portal to obtain RMA No. Sent with tracking via Royal Mail. It arrived, have photo evidence from Royal Mail. For the past 4 weeks have been trying to get my refund of the 2nd item. EMSense say they cannot find it (2nd lie!). Resent tracking info, photo evidense twice now and still they say they cannot find it.
In my opinion (and others that I have seen) it is impossibe to get a refund, so do not, repeat DO NOT purchase from EMSense as I believe they are crooks.
