The GPS accuracy is very good and helped me find my escaped dog with much less stress than without. The battery life is also fantastic, and the activity tracker and scoreboards are very fun to monitor - I’m sure my dog is getting more exercise as a result. This is great product.

Max likes to roam. It is nice to know where he is.

The Fi collar has been working flawlessly. Our dog Tucker has a large rural area to run and walk in. To be able to go to the app and see where he is in real time is very comforting. We track him down and get him back to the base quickly because of the collar! Thanks for such a great product!

The tracking is unreliable and delayed. Also, get random safe zone exits when my dog is in the house.

The collar has helped locate my dog on a number of occasions quickly… She’s an escape artist, and it saved me numerous hours of tracking

This works well as my wife and I have opposite schedules and frequently travel with the dog. We have on notifications for who leaves with the dog and enjoy the piece of mind if she ever gets lost.

The Fi Collar is dependable. We started using it about 6 months ago and have never had an issue. It has never missed an alert and the location tracking is accurate.
The collar is durable and waterproof, which is great because our boy spends a lot of time in the water.
The peace of mind we get from having it on our dog is worth every penny.

The new Fi Mini fits our small dog perfectly. It works as promised. When the dog exits the safe zone we get a notice moments later.

Sent back a return weeks ago and have not received processed it yet. Told me to give them tracking information that I no longer have

The GPS is slow I can be 10 miles down the road before it ever registers he's left home battery goes dead within a few days I have to charge about twice a week. I can look at the phone and it will show he's one place and he can be completely different place when he comes to me. But it is cheap and it does give you a roundabout area where he is also like that keeps up with his activities

The collar has been very helpful in assuring that our little guy is getting in his steps and activity. He's a very finicky eater and we were giving him too many calories. We shifted to a new food and the collar to tract activity and he's down 6 lbs. And it keeps track of where he is.

We used a different company before we chose Fi. That company merged with another and we opted to go with the older, more trusted company this time (Fi).

While the last program was great, Fi is even better. The device is as small as a regular buckle on the collar so I'm sure my pup doesn't even notice it. The app is extremely easy to use. It is highly accurate and I love when it tells me when she has met her step goal. The battery on the website says it doesn't last more than a week (I believe), but we are going on 2-3 weeks right now and are just NOW starting to need to charge it.

Overall, I'm glad we decided to go with Fi. Great product and great app. I love that there are rankings, also. My pup loves when she moves up in rank. :)

I will never use another color again this gives me sooooooo much peace of mind.

Lassie is part Beagle, a breed with a reputation for running away. Lassie has done this several times, including the first week that I fostered her. Since I have received the collar, finding Lassie is a breeze compared to the blind struggle that it was before. I wouldn't have been comfortable adopting her without the option of the Fi collar.
