nearly 3 weeks ago and still not received my order. Customer service have been excellent and have kept me updated, but unfortunately the issues are with shipping.
I have noticec that the price of the cores keep going up and some only last a few hours.

I went from smoking 1 pack/day about 2 years ago, then switched to vapes. I ordered Fum thinking it would help me finally quit. The flavor is so light you really don’t feel or taste anything. I do not recommend this product.

Never received the product or any response from the company over the course of 6 requests in a month. I ordered the product in mid to late October. I received shipping confirmation on October 22. Unfortunately they use the worst company in the history of mankind, DHL, to ship their products. Why? I do not know. The shipment was within the lower 48 states. I got a shipping update that it was at a CA processing center, then never got another update, now the tracking number doesn't even work, it's expired. I tried to contact FUM through their chat bot, through their support email, through every option they provide. The only thing I ever heard back from FUM was an automated email asking me to rate how their customer service representative (Michelle) handled my problem, the kicker is the entire conversation shown for me to review was between me and their chat bot, never a human. I still have not heard anything back from FUM despite my several emails and attempts to resolve the issue and it is now November 25. Trash company which uses another trash company to ship their products. It is beyond unacceptable to never respond to customer service inquiries when the customer never receives an item which cost $200. Pure insanity. If I could give -5 stars I would, not just 0, 0 is reserved for poor customer service, but ZERO customer service is on a whole other level.

Seriously dooo notttttt! Waste your time, this is overly priced and the flavor or whatever is subpar at most. Honestly a piece of gum last longer than this. I think most of the positive reviews are bought or bots cause the second I tried this product I was shocked over how bad it was. Save yourself the money and don’t even bother trying it I give this a 0/10
Avoid at all costs…returns are a nightmare
Extremely poor customer service. I purchased a Journey Pack for my son’s birthday, he changed his mind before delivery, so I requested a return immediately upon delivery. Despite sending twelve emails and providing proof of unopened packaging twice, the company disputed the photos, until I pointed out that their sample photos were of a completely different box and my photos clearly showed the unopened packaging. They then claimed to have sent a returns invoice, which I have never received. No phone support, no accountability….just silence! It looks like they are trying to ensure you can’t return by making it so difficult you either give up trying or they push it outside of the returns window! Disgusting!

This item was shipped to the wrong address, I called customer support just to get a voicemail box saying that they only offer support though email.
Support refused to help with this situation and acted snobby while doing it. I lost a good chunk of money by these nasty people.
Disappointed and Misled by Füm
I had high hopes for the Füm product, but my experience was overwhelmingly negative. Within days of using it, I noticed a strange and unpleasant taste in my mouth that lingered far longer than expected. It didn’t help me quit smoking—in fact, it felt like I was just trading one habit for another.
As someone who was a chronic smoker and successfully quit without the help of Füm or any other product, I can confidently say this device didn’t contribute to my recovery. It’s difficult to trust the glowing reviews when my experience was so far removed from them.
To make matters worse, their refund policy is disappointing. Once the product is opened, they won’t accept returns, even if it clearly didn’t work for you. That feels unfair and unhelpful, especially for people genuinely trying to quit smoking.
If you're serious about quitting, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. Your body and mind are capable of healing without gimmicks—and without introducing new dependencies.

My husband wanted to help me quit vaping and he offered me this pack for my Birthday. It cost £125.
What a waste of money. This is an abuse of branding and packaging. Nice packaging, but he product itself is terrible. Smells like petroleum, and leaves an horrible taste in your mouth. Each pack comes with 3 black filters. I've opened the spearmint and white cranberry. The smell makes me vomit, and gets impregnated everywhere. The white cranberry smells and taste like petroleum... this can't be healthy. I am trying to get my money back, but because it's opened I can't even send it back (that's what they say) but legally "Legal right to change your mind: For most items bought online, you have a legal right to change your mind and return them, even after opening them. "You have a legal right to return an online purchase, including vapes, for a full refund within 14 days of receiving them if you change your mind, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. However, due to health and hygiene reasons, most online sellers will not accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty. You can also return vapes for a refund if they are faulty, under the Consumer Rights Act, and you have a right to a refund rather than a credit note. "

I had a surgery coming up and wanted to be nicotine free during that time.. the website says ships within a few days. Well I kept waiting and emailing them and finally the package arrives THREE WEEKS LATER. I explain that I don’t want it and would like a refund. They make the refund process extremely complicated and required me to take pictures and prove I didn’t open the product. I hadn’t and then they said I was required to send a return fee. It took them 3 weeks to mail it to me and as I no longer need the product I wanted a refund!! I agreed to mail the box back, and they want MORE MONEY to get my money back. Absolutely insane. Finally they send the shipping label without me sending their return fee… and no refund for over 2 weeks. I contact them again and FINALLY I get a refund, but only a PARTIAL refund. They took money out for “shipping.” In my opinion this is INSANE. Terrible customer service, and from reviews I’ve read now it seems that terrible customer service is the norm.

I ordered one pen and a three pack of flavors.
They charged me for three orders that I didnt place with items that I never ordered totalling over $350.
They will not return my money or cancel the order. Its a total rip off.

I made an order on the 2nd of October and today on the 14th it still hasn't shipped and I recieved no correspondence to say why it hasn't been shipped yet, im based in Europe and the website says its meant to ship in 1-3 days is wouldn't mind if they had emailed to explain but nothing. I emailed to ask what happened and when to expect order, no response I then emailed to say I want a refund and again no response. Terrible customer service. Just wanted to update, they shipped my order yesterday after I had repeatedly asked to cancel the order and they still haven't responded to any of my emails. It's an absolute joke of a business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Im editing the review in response to fum replying to my review iv emailed the email fum sent me a number of times and iv just emailed again so it will be interesting to see if they get in touch. I will update accordingly.

Avoid!! Rip-off!!!
I think this product is an absolute rip off! Avoid for sure. Firstly why is the piece itself so expensive, nothing is luxurious or amazing about it. All the flavours are rubbish. I bought a variety pack and every single one of them is awful. Raspberry lemonade tastes like a mouthful of cloves….this product will die off. They will capitalise off of you for the initial payment, but I can’t see how anyone would continue to use it. From looking at reviews there’s plenty of people that have an issue with tastes and quality. You cannot return it, if they had genuine faith in their product they would encourage as many people to try it and offer returns but clearly not the case

Works for me
I started off hating this company before I had tried the product due to the poor customer service. However I swallowed my pride and bought it anyway as I thought it would work for me. I was pleased to find it delivered within 4 days to the UK which surprised me.
I think some of the negative reviews are due to expecting something that feels like vaping - it doesn’t and if you think it will you will be disappointed. It does exactly what it says it will do, and the flavours are quite strong, much stronger than I thought based on some of the reviews (breath into your mouth rather than into your lungs and it tastes much more).
Anyway, since buying this, I have not vaped once and this really helps with the hand to mouth motion. I recommend use with nicotine patches, then slowly come off the patches.
One thing that is annoying is you can’t change your subscription 3 cores instead of 6 cores on the website…
Additionally, the Customer service does seem to have got better the last few weeks, still some room for improvement though.
Buy gum Instead
Meant to be the next best thing to vaping. All it does is gives a minty taste which you can get for €1 with a pack of gum. Doesn’t give the throat hit like is says it does. I spend 150 inc duty and it ended up in the bin within an hour. Don’t waste you time or money.

Super fast support and refund
Support and refund 5/5 (though I can't rate the product; this is "trust"-pilot, and this experience deserves trust).
I unfortunately can't say anything about the product. Preparing the order has taken weeks, which is not great, and I ended up cancelling the order, as it's no longer needed - but there was zero hoops in doing so, and the support was very kind and fast.
This company sucks worse than the device
This company sucks. Took 2 weeks to even see the order start to move. Once I was notified of the shipment, the flavors they shipped were NOT what I ordered. I reached out to them and was informed that since I didn't choose any flavors, those were the standard flavors that were shipped. Ummm, you can't move to the checkout/payments page until you do choose your flavors, so that was a lie. No way I would have chosen the crap flavors they sent. It finally arrived and I opened it to examine the system, pretty cheap feeling, so I decided to try one of their flavors they sent and yuck. The other reviews about the flavors are dead on, chemicals or dish soap flavored. It was horrible. I started to initiate a return, nope, the system was opened, no more option to return. If you can return E cigs, why doesn't this company allow it. Oh, and there would also be a return fee if it was returned. $120 lesson learned. Stay away!
