Scam company. You can only return their trash product if you haven't opened it. Its literally just a scam to make people try a terrible product and not be able to refund it. How am I supposed to know if i want to return it if i never tried it? Terrible company, hope they go out of business.

I love my fum. I actually have three of them so I always have one with me. It really does help with quitting smoking. The only issue I’ve had worry them is changing the fum subscription. I tried to only order 3, but there is 4. Ands when I try to remove one or says I have to have at least 3. Contacted customer service but still having an issue. So I changed the frequency to every other month. Other than this issue, it really is a great product.

Great tool in curbing a habit. No batteries, juices, smoke or smell.

So after trying to return my FUM device and being unsuccessful i had to charge it back through my bank as i never heard from FUM. Now a month later FUM are taking £37 from my bank even though i have NO subscription with them for me to cancel and sending an email to them again to try and get this refunded and cancelled on there end or will have to go through my bank again and block them from taking any more money.

Dont sign up to TRY this device (as their website suggests) as you will not hear from them and you will not get your money back go else where.

This was a great way for me to quit smoking. I made it all the way to checkout, did some real research and looked at the reviews in comparison, and it completely turned me off to the idea of smoking. I been trynna quit cold turkey and been struggling, but seeing that this might be just as bad, if not worse - and it being the only menthol alternative I can find that APPEARS to have little to no health risk, makes me not even feel the need to smoke anymore. GREAT JOB! THANK YOU SO MUCH! Didn’t even need to spend a dime. This is more so a shoutout to trustpilot and YouTube…keep doin y'all thang.

This was truly awful. I bought the journey pack. I like the straw, its fidget mechanics and the look of it but the taste is horrific. The only thing I can liken it to is stuffing a car air freshener in to a straw (any straw) and sucking. I’m going to keep my fancy straw as by itself, I think it’s a nifty little thing, not worth the price but will be useful for fidgeting and maybe once the god awful car freshener scent has left I might be able to mimic using it as a vape. As for the cores, I’m literally going to pop a string through them and repurpose them as air fresheners for my car.

Pairing Fum with nicotine patches got me off from vaping a pod a day (and cigarettes before that). These 2 things paired will get you to stop if youre ready

This small device help me quit vaping I have been vaping for over 15 years I started vaping to stop smoking but fum help me alot within a month I stopped using my vape sure I would take a drag here and there but by my second month I totally left it behind i can now say I'm a vape/smoke free person thanks to fum that made it possible and it was so ez the flavor are great but they dnt seem to last very long but the mint one is by far my favorite and the one that lasted the longest. Right now I'm trying to push it in to my brother but he smokes Marijuana he says he like the flavor smell not the drug part of it im sure i could get him to stop smoking that if yall had a flavor close to it just a suggestion.I totally recommend fum to anybody and everybody that is trying to quit smoking or vaping it works.

Lower the price you idiots

I have smoked for 40 years and I’ve tried multiple times to quit. Fum has helped me tremendously. It has been 5 1/2 months since I’ve had a cigarette. Thank you Fum.

I'm satisfied with the product. I haven't quit smoking completely, but I'm using it to cut down on the number of cigarettes I smoke. I've tried several flavors, all very pleasant.

First of all, the product works! The holder looks and feeds good and the cores have wonderful flavors. The craftsmanship is meticulous and materials quality. The monthly package of cores is delivered without a hitch. The experience has been dis rate all around!

Ilike how the mints feel close to smoking. making it feel like smoking a menthol.

Auto delivery, set and forget, email reminders for resupply of cores is awesome, make adjustments to flavors of your choice.

Good quality product, feels good in your hand. I had smoked for years, and then vaped for about a year. I was sick of liquid leaking and keeping the vape charged, Fum helped me to give up. I can’t imagine going back now.
I thought it was a bit expensive initially to be honest, but the cost has been recouped many times over. I paid much more for vapes.
The flavours are subtle compared to a vape, but there are some great flavours to choose from, maple pepper and crisp mint are my favourites.
If you are ready to give up for good, then I recommend fum to help you reach your goal. Good luck!

It is a great company, they do really help with bad habits. I love the fidgeting and the magnetic stand makes it more enjoyable with that fidgeting. Flavors are really good, the crisp mint does give a same throat hit and tasty. The subscription is affordable and anytime able to cancel, yet delivery is very fast. Thank y'all fum.

Updated my first review as the customer service is just non existent. No responses despite emails, leaving messages on their online chat and this is the 3rd time of trying. 4 stars down to 2 because the product is still well made and has kept me off vaping.
