Bought car 120.000 Kr 2010 with 149.00 km, drove 500 km now bill 40.000 kr for repair Deffekt differential/haldex.+ km after Deffect Camhains, repair cost exseeds the cars market value.
Seller was extremely polite in the begining but as soon as we approach him with the problems the tone changed and absolutely no help what so ever.
Car is bought with declation of goods nothing has been marked but everyting in good condition ????
Seller got rude right away only reply was Konsumentköplagen only covers "Ursprungliga fel" if I am not satisifed contact ARN.
BE WARE: Uprsprungliga fel is everything that is NOT normal wear. It doesnt matter if you write it sold with NO warranty that is an old scam and that is why the law was changed MAY 2022

dvs. säljaren måste nu bevisa att felet ej är ursprungligt de första två åren.

Remember that seller write bought without warranty is not a legal statement and absolutelty worthless when you have a declatration of gods that states everyyrhing is tip top nothing on the car need to be repaired to be in working condtion this MUST be stated clearly
