finally got my hands on a real one

UPDATE to 3 starts before I can try the "Real one."

After being scammed by a counterfeit site.
I ordered one from their “official site” on October 22. Although I was told the product is from California, the package actually came from China and took 14 days to arrive — far from the advertised 2–3 days.

Precision on what I received
The unit looks very similar to the fake one I previously received from a scam site.
This "real version" from the official tryhealray.com has red LED instead. The fake counterfeit one has blue LED.
I should mention the official one came with a nice travel case, and includes a charge cable, floss, some kind of activation paste tube, two strange toothbrush , instructions.

Real one
I’ve only been able to test it once so far, so it’s too early to say whether it works as promised.
However, the fact that it shipped from China again despite claims the company is in California definitely raises some concerns. Perhaps Healray can give us the reason ?

My Honest review will be updated
I’ll be doing a more thorough test over the next few weeks and will update this review with honest results.

Tip for buyers:
There are many fake websites selling products that look nearly identical but are clearly counterfeit.
I strongly recommend sticking to the company’s real website, tryhealray.com, to avoid scams and ensure you’re getting the authentic product.
There seem to be so many places selling the same looking product that is hard to know if it is real or fake.
I had people contacting me from support from healray.reamaze.com at reamaze.com , did not get an answer from Healreay if those were legitimate or fake...
When I purchased the fake one, my PayPal was billed from "THE FLAME"... LOL a clear indication of fake counterfeit.
Paypal refunded me with no issue.

Ordered my Healray after reading the…

Ordered my Healray after reading the bad revues so I was ready for disappointment. But other than it ariving later than initially told, it has. I emailed twice asking where it was and they replied basically saying they can't keep up with demand..hoping now for positive results...

Where is product doesn’t deliver…

Worst product doesn’t deliver results if anything delivers negative results. I suggest not to try it. I did get one. I only used it for a few days, but I saw negative results. Things were getting worse not better.

Their system ignore some of the details…

Their system ignore some of the details of my address and when I replied or called their hotline, they are unresponsive, payment is to hong kong. Forced me to watch several of their videos to entice me into buying

Update, delivery man WhatsApp me for address, I received my healrays ytd and tested it out, so far so good, there was even free samples of their products, both healrays are red in colour, auto time out after 5min I guess

Scammers! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Edit: they have time to write a response on here but no reply to 4-5 of the emails I have sent them with order details requesting help. Please avoid this company at all costs! And they have the same generic response with zero intention of following up like they pretend to. Currently in the process of getting my money refunded through my bank. One last tip: search healrays Instagram! SCAMMERS! They delete most of their comments on there which is already highly suspicious!

I placed an order on late August and the item never arrived. I was tracking the order and the link said it was expired and now my order is being returned to sender when no one ever attempted delivery??? I contacted healray on 3 different occasions with an automated response saying they will reply within 24 hours and zero replies. I've lost $180 AUD! This company is a scam!! Buyers beware and do not purchase from them!

My Healray order arrived without charging cable. I sent 8 emails to customer support with no response. I emailed again to request refund (60 day money back guarantee) and they refuse to answer. Its a scam. Stay away.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience! I have written multiple emails to customer support and have not received one reply. The shipping address on my order was incorrect. There is no way I can receive the package with my order unless it is corrected. When I inserted my order number in the tracking link they sent me, my order does not exist. Untrustworthy company.

No Product Delivery

As others have stated, they use a 3rd party delivery service, that marked the package as delivered, but they didn't actually deliver it correctly. When I reached out to HealRay, they said to file a report with USPS, which they didn't even use for the delivery service. Seems like a scam where the delivery service is stealing the package and marking as delivered, or they are not actually shipping any real product and just collecting payment.

Strength back in my gums....

Using the red light device has strengthened my gums in a way I didn’t expect. They feel firm and no longer bleed. It has become part of my everyday dental care. Turns out collagen loss is the culprit!

I never received my products

Update: Guess I'll never know if this product works. I never received my products. I reached out to customer support multiple times only to receive automated responses. I contacted USPS and they still can't find my product. Healray said they would send a replacement order but never did. It took many emails and over a month to get a refund which wasn't as easy as it should of been. After two weeks of waiting for the refund to clear, it never did. They told me to talk to my bank. After the bank investigation, I finally got the refund. Healray customer service is terrible. Good luck to anyone taking the chance. Really wish things went smoother, I wanted to try this product out. Healray, don't expect me to raise it to 2star because the whole process was worse than getting teeth pulled.

No more bleeding worries

It’s o believe how much difference ttherapy makes. With the red light device, my gums no longer bleed, and I feel more at ease keeping up with daily care. It’s become an essential part of my routine. I highly recommend if you want to keep your real teeth for life!

FORCED PURCHASES

There is no way of not buying all the extras. The company forces you to sit through many videos and subsequent purchases that you cannot decline. It is not transparent about the pricing and upfront purchases. BEWARE!

Terrible customer service

I received my healray mouth res light device and was using it . I went to charge it again and found I had misplaced the charger . All was well to this point and even though I didn’t have it long I was hoping for a good result. The charger has a weird attachment so I wrote to the supplier to ask if I could purchase a new one . They said I Kyle not but should just use any charger. This demonstrated to me thir lack of knowledge of the product which I pointed out to them . I have had no reply since .

Waist of my time on checkout

When ordering give yourself a lot of time..biggest up selling in years I have seen. Holding you hostage on every page to listen to there bullshit until they make the decline button available then just to go to the next page and start over with another up sell 5 min video. Worst purchase experience I have ever had in my life. Horrible. Let's hope the the product takes less of my time to work.
