I ordered three lights=$249.10 on 12/3/24. NEVER received a confirmation email. Have emailed four times and no reply. Still no lights!
UPDATE-I received my lights on 1/30/25. Never did get a reply from any of the emails and texts I sent.

Extremely weird experience with this company.

First off, they are based in China, which they don’t mention anywhere. So your order takes a fair bit longer than you initially think it will.

My order arrived after 2 weeks and was missing half of it (three halo lights). When I messaged about the missing items, I was given a 5% refund as an apology and told they would be sent as soon as possible.

Two weeks later on 1 December (after emailing to ask what was happening with my order) I received an email saying this, “I can confirm all three of your halo lights are en route to you and were shipped out beginning of this week.”.

Then, on the 15th, I emailed again as I had no tracking information and hadn’t received the lights. I was immediately refunded for them without explanation.

I have since been in touch to ask if they were actually sent and was told that there was no stock - though they are still selling the halo lights on their website with no mention of stock issues.

Really odd to be lied to about it all and overall not a great experience. Though the lights I actually did receive are decent quality. I would recommend you look elsewhere though, I certainly wouldn’t order with them again.

Purchased some home decor lights recently and they have been perfect! Delivery was spot on and the actual products have been nothing but amazing, would highly recommend and will most definitely be shopping for some more soon!

Good quality items, good communication and acceptable delievery lead times. Really happy with my purchase, the lighting makes such a difference to the space, would definitely recommend. Purchased a cool light for my study/office and also a warm light for the bathroom to automatically turn on when you get up during the night; doesn't blind you, but allows you to see.

Been buying these lights for a few years now. I had them on the stairs so that older members of the family could see their way at night safely when all main lights were off. They switch on and stay on for about 15sec after motion has stopped. Now bought to light up cupboards. Great product!

I have been following up on my order several times and the email provided keeps bouncing back, Instagram comms have no response. I will be lodging a formal complaint as this doesn't in any way for abide to your consumer laws and false direction in relation to support. I need my refund in full for my items.

Ordered a light strip from them February 20, 2024.

The light strip looks good, was easy to install, and worked well....until it needed to be charged.

It didn't accept a charge at all. Some of these strips I've used can be sensitive to how they are plugged in so I tried a dozen different ways of orienting the light and the plug. I tried different cables, different chargers.

It's definitely the light.

I've tried to reach out to them for support several times. They're email is no longer in use, the message center on their website no longer works. I just get automatic replies that the email address isn't available.

I've reached out on Facebook and on Instagram.

Nothing.

This company is a scam.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I recently visited illuminate light’s website and purchased a light, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed. I placed an online order on the 24th November and paid immediately, several hours later I received an e-mail advising that they had 'sold out' of the item and would be unable to provide it. Despite many e-mials to their Customer Service Department and the re-supplying of my Bank Details I am still waiting for a refund..thats 3 months.

Quick delivery & seamless transaction.

I didn’t receive the product I purchased. Was told I would get a refund but PayPal said the refund wasn’t sent to them.
I wouldn’t trust this company at all.
They actually asked me for my bank details to process a refund that way as they were having trig or with their account ring system. AS IF. I didn’t pass on that information of course and despite several emails I didn’t hear from them again. So, I lost my money.

Over the years I’ve found dealing with illuminate with both products and service to be trustworthy. Even when something does go wrong they have proved to be a worthwhile company to deal with and sort the issue out.

I bought this light 2 weeks ago and is not working properly . The intensity of the light is really low even after a complete recharge
