To be honest, I was skeptical at first, but after just chatting with the support "Jhon" big thanks, all my worries just faded away, they go far & beyond to help you. seriously quick service, highly recommend. they know their stuff for real. Trust me if you need a company in the US, no better place than jumpstart filing.

Horrible service... They are basically middle man that utilizes other companies and marks up cost for many free services... Had to cancel my credit card and force a charge back after they ran my card without my permission, tried to scam funds and refused to respond to messages... I've encountered different agents with varying personalities that use one CSR name to hide behind -- with some actually getting extremelyyyy disrespectful when you try to ask to speak to someone in management... They took FOREVERRRR (monthsss) to process my EIN and ITIN after they messed up my submission... I would NEVER recommend them... STAY FAR AWAY!

I want to report this company, where I can report these people are scammer , they just take your money and disappeared

Jumpstart, I don't know what to say. In fact I will give you 500% if that rating exists. Very quick in response and their promises, they never fail. Always on time.

Today I found out that my Delaware franchise tax bill is over $60,000+ !!!!!

Turns out the original filing was wrong. Jumpstart had written the wrong number of shares in the incorporation filing document compared to the number I filled out in the original form!

JUMPSTART CLAIM THEY ARE FAST AND PROFESSIONAL BUT REGISTERING A COMPANY THROUGH THEM WILL NOT COST YOU $99 BUT RATHER $3000

For the last year on 28 April 2021 I have been working with Jumpstart and the initial registration that was done was quite fast but it was not in the correct Shareholders names. Jumpstart assured me that this was just an interim measure. I should have at that stage knew that this was a mistake and only a way to get more money out of me.
I was then requested to sign up for their Pro Plan at $149 for them to help me. I then decided to do the subscription to ensure that the Jumpstart do the registration in the correct shareholders name even though they should have done it as part of the original application.
After that I had to explain my simple request of changing the Shareholders name that they used for the application to the Real shareholders that we requested for our company. They kept on coming up with a million an one excused on how this simple task cannot be performed .

After many conversations and a total waist of my time they requested that I pay $304 extra and they assured me that the change can be done in 3 -4 weeks.

Since then I have tried to get them to share documentation to proof that the application was done to make the name change but it is just ignored and further confusion are created by sending mails to explain that the IRS process is taking to long. I am sure that this is just another way to get money out of me.

In conclusion it you ever think to use Jumpstart as a company because they are fast and cost effective please DO NOT do so .
You will think up front it will only cost you $99 please think again.
It is now 9 months later and the company is still not registered in the correct shareholders names and at this stage it is already costing me $ 99 + $ 149 + $ 304 = Total 552.
On top of this this delay have costed me $500 per month in delays in launching my company due to the fact that they confirmed it will take 3 months maximum and I started to prepare access to a test platform to do the testing once we have the correct Due diligence Company registration documents paperwork from Jumpstart . $500 X 5 months $2500.
This mean using Jumpstart is costing me a total of +- $3000 and I still do not have the correct documentation from them.

THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESIONAL COMPANY I AS CFO HAVE EVER WORKED WITH AND I BELIEVE I WILL NOW HAVE TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION FOR RECOVER THIS COST AND HAVE TO USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY .

PLEASE NEVER USE JUMPSTART BECAUSE IT WILL ONLY COST YOU MONEY AND DELIVER NO VALUE!!!!!

ads say two days. it has been three weeks and they keep telling me that it isnt in their hands and "that time of year"

Stay away from them! They take your money and do nothing afterwards. John who works at the company lies all the time. Don’t waste your money!

They have charged me $329 as their annual charge, which was supposed to cover all services including the annual filing with the state. According to their website, with this package they guarantee that is it going to be a worry-free process. I fell into the trap as I opted for the more expensive service and received nothing. They have not bothered to file the annual compliance with the state and they didn't even bother to remind me. Instead I am chasing them to know what is going on. I also found out that there is a delinquency notice which was sent by the state last year and again they have not informed me. Where is the worry-free guarantee? This is pure theft! Now, after numerous follow-ups, they are informing me that the reason they didn't do it is because I haven't paid the state’s fees. Where is the invoice for the state fees? Where are the reminders or notifications that I have to pay? Nothing! Not a single email and not a mention of anything on the account dashboard. Until today they haven't done anything about it and they haven't even invoiced me. This is extremely unprofessional and can cause serious harm to your company. Avoid dealing with Jumpstart filing at all costs.

I've been doing business with jumpstart for the last year or so, frankly, I've had many headaches with them due to poor communication. They forgot to do the annual compliance for my LLC, and didn't notify me that the expiration date was coming. Additionally, due to a mix up with the registered agents they use, my LLC was dissolved by the state. They charged 326 dollars about 3 months ago and haven't resolved the issue. I now have a dissolved LLC that is jeopardizing my business.

I also paid them 120 dollars to get an apostilled document in July, 5 months later, the document is still missing.

Please do not opt their services. They are least bothered about their customers.

Great service, nice dashboard. Clear and Concise information. Exceptional customer service, quick to respond. Although, my EIN application filing got delayed though but John quickly spotted it and got it taken care off. Awesome!!
