Fraudulent Charges

I bought a brush, to which I was given an invalid order number and have yet to receive. Today, Kojiva has charged me two payments of 49.99 for nothing and I have disputed these unauthorized and fraudulent charges. I would not recommend this website to even my worst enemy, and if they continue, I recommend anyone experiencing this to have the merchant blocked by your bank.

Trykojiva is a SCAM

Trykojiva is a SCAM and they are pretending to be Kojeva. On March 22, 2026 I stupidly purchased a lymphatic facial brush off an ad I saw on you tube. I know. Stupid. I had seen the same ad on Instagram and I had read comments that seemed like it were a good product to try. Literally the same exact ad. I agreed to pay $24.90 with tax and shipping and that is what I expected to see come out of my account. On March 30, 2026 I looked at my account and saw a charge for $49.99. I immediately called the bank but the charge was pending and could be disputed until it posted to the account. I was told by the bank to contact the merchant. Twelve emails back and forth with them repeating themselves that I was charged a non-refundable subscription fee and won’t be charged any further. I did not agree to any subscription nor did I see anywhere that it stated that upon check out. The order confirmation I received had a letterhead at the top with the name Kojeva which is the company they are impersonating and blank information. No amounts, not even the product I tried to initially purchase. I first contacted Kojeva and they wrote back to me and told me they had no record of my order and that’s when I saw at the bottom of the confirmation email it said “trykojiva”. Just ridiculous and now I have to go through disputing charges and filing reports and making reviews and doing everything I can to tell my story so this company gets shut down and refunds my money. Awful.

Kojiva is a scam

Kojiva is a scam. I agreed to pay $12 but after check out i was charged $24.99 and about a week later I hadn't received an update or tracking # so I emailed them and they responded saying rest assured we have sent out your product. Then today I got an email from my bank asking if it was me making a 49.99 payment to kojiva and I said no so they canceled it, thank God. I reported them as a scam to my bank and locked my card

Well first off they didn't even charge…

Well first off they didn't even charge me the right amount. I was suppose to be charged $38.95. They charged me $49.99 not once , but twice. I emailed and they kept saying they couldn't give me a refund for the first 49.99. I asked about the second double charge and got the same reply, No refund. These people are crooks and very dishonest. Once they get your money, you will not get it back. Very poor customer service. Scam Scam Scam Scam. Don't order from these crooks.

Complete scam!!

Complete scam!!! First they changed the total cost of the order, it was USD9.15 plus shipping fee and only after I completed the payment it showed up the charge of USD24.85. I wrote to complain they said sorry but nothing can be done now.
A couple of days later they charged USD45.00 to my card!!! But luckily my bank refused automatically. I wrote them again and they apologized that it was due an incorrect subscription and they cancelled it. The next 2 days they did it again and finally I had to cancel my card and order a new one.
They stopped replying my emails.

Warning SCAM

If I could give zero stars, I would. An unauthorised transaction was taken from my account, and I’ve received neither a response nor the item I paid for.

£14.98 (US $19.90) was taken initially, matching the order confirmation. Then, a week later, they took a further £37.82 (US $49.99) without my permission.

They have ignored every email I’ve sent requesting a refund. Completely unacceptable and deeply untrustworthy.

TOTAL SCAM do not trust KOJIVA

Unauthorized transactions!

After my initial order on 27th of February, Kojiva charged my credit card with an extra $100 without my authorization. They don't respond to my emails and I haven't received the product I ordered yet. Total scam.
