Less than one star if possible. Scam company. Do not waste your money. Furious with myself for falling for this. Don’t do the same!!

Do not trust this company. They advertise a 7.5floz tube but deliver a 3.53floz tube (over 50% less product!) They don’t want to listen when you contact them. Offer you a 10% “goodwill” refund to keep the product or full refund if you pay the carriage back to Florida. It is mis-selling at its highest and they should not be allowed to trade in this country.

This is a scam website - the product does not do anything and the product is shipped from China - do not waste your money

Completely rubbish, does nothing whatsoever to cover spider veins as it claims, it doesnt even produce a tan. Gone in the bin never to be used again.

IT’S A COMPLETE AND UTTER SCAM
I bought their fair self tanning lotion. It arrived and I used it, but it didn’t work at all. Tried to get a refund under the ‘30 day no risk guarantee’ and was told I could return the used product (!) to America for a refund, which is really expensive, or I could have a 10% refund of the purchase price, which I took because I thought I should probably have ordered a darker version and that it hadn’t worked because of this. I then (stupidly as it turns out) ordered a medium version to try and they then sent me the SAME colour again. They’ve acknowledged that they sent the wrong colour, but now are ignoring my emails. And I have now seen that I can buy the same thing they sent me on SHEIN and TEMU for a fraction of the cost. AVOID!!

I would have given this 0 stars. One is too much. I bought their AAura tan lotion for £19 and it is only cheap moisturiser with no tanning. The product is made in China and the claim is that it is a company registered in Scotland. It mimics a company called Auratan so that you believe you are buying the same product. Asking for a refund elicits no response. They aren't just a bad product but a complete and utter scam. Avoid this company at all costs.

BUYER BEWARE! I got conned!

The ‘fake tanning’ cream is just cream. Don’t fall for the scam like I did. I thought I would be getting Aura tan product but it was Ora cream.
As far as I am aware, Materna and Aura are the same company.

I ordered the tanning products mid June but seemed to be waiting forever. Kept emailing them and although they responded, I still didn’t receive my order. When I checked Relay the courier had sent it to the wrong address. Between this company and Relay I am getting no satisfaction whatsoever. They keep passing me back to one another. Because Relay have delivered to the wrong address there is nothing I can do. So I have lost my money. Not a happy customer. Don’t use this company!

Terrible company and product. Doesn’t work at all. When you try to get a refund under the ‘30 day no risk guarantee’ you are asked to return the used product (!) to Florida which costs half of the original purchase price. Alternatively they offer you 10% of the purchase price. Wish I’d seen the reviews before I bought this rubbish. AVOID - it’s another con.

Thought this was a legitimate product/company. Royal Mail postage, address in the UK. Turns out the self tan product is coming from China. Only found out from tracking information. Very unhappy. 8 days and still not received products. Don’t buy from them.

I agree with the previous review. This product does not work. I ended up using nearly the whole tube and my legs did not change colour at all! Also this is made in China which wasn’t mentioned on the website.

Ordered Aura self tan. DONT USE THEM.
Item took weeks to come. Self tan doesn’t work at all.
Waste of money.
