Given that this is a disposable system, troubleshooting is more limited than with a pod device, but here's what you can try:

Allow it to Rest: Sometimes, the e-liquid needs a moment to settle and saturate the internal wick fully. If the device was recently unpackaged, please let it sit upright for a few minutes before taking a puff.
Try Gentle Puffs: Take slow, gentle puffs. Forceful inhalation can sometimes cause the liquid to be drawn into the heating element too quickly, resulting in a burnt taste.
