I had this item for 3 months and used it daily, just as the 4th month began It made a click sound and stopped working. Clearly a spring inside had snapped.Contacted customer services only to be told the warranty is for the first 3 months only..how convenient!
They offered a 30% discount if I bought it again instead of replacing it due to a faulty product. Not great quality in the end.
Very very disappointed

Took a while to receive my order but it was worth the wait. Very easy to use and versatile. It can be used while in bed, watching TV or working on the computer. I also use it to build up my chest muscles.

I just finished my first workout and am feeling the burn! The shipping took awhile, but the device works as promised; worth the wait. If you’re looking to strengthen your pelvic floor, i recommend it.

Comfortable to use and I can feel it working.

I ordered this in good faith, just over €30, and it arrived but with out any instructions how the operate the item, ie adjust the paddles, it has 2 x count buttons but no instructions other than exercises.
The paddles are at different lengths and angles, 1 is extended, the other much shorter, no explaination how to adjust them.
Complete waste of money, and cannot find any instructions on internet?

Received 9 shipping emails, thought it was a glitch, non of the shipping links worked and after 10 days still no item. Emailed customer service and no response.
