Do not buy from this brand

Do not buy from this brand. 3 weeks ago a purchase was made and they automatically added in items totally £60 to an order. An elderly family member did not notice and was charged £100. We immediately tried to get a refund and have been fobbed off since. We had to await delivery and were promised our money back but then when we were ready to do this the return portal would not work. I was then promised another support team would be in touch a week ago but again no response. They deliberately put barriers in the way to keep your money. The worst customer service I have ever received from a company who target vulnerable people to keep their money. I have no hope of them ever getting their £100 back.

update- they got in touch for my order number which I provided now again radio silence. A company who does not allow you to return items or be refunded for items they have added into the basket. The token response to this review was to make it look like they are helping but they refuse to reimburse. Management details are also unavailable for this company, it is a scam.

BEWARE BEWARE KEEP YOUR MONEY! What a con this website offers you a discount and before you know it you've lost a £100 tried to stop the order but apparently it's been dispatched so so quickly. Do not order from this site going through pay pal to dispute this purchase

Avoid this company.

I authorised one payment through Apple Pay and instead of receiving a normal order confirmation, I was pushed into an upsell flow that looked like part of completing my original order. It was not clear that clicking the CTA would trigger a separate additional charge.

Customer service repeatedly avoided answering concerns about the payment and authorisation process. And would not stop the order even though I contacted them immediately.

The whole experience was misleading and deceptive. I will be returning the full order if that is possible based on other reviews I’ve now seen and would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before purchasing.

This site should be closed down…

I wouldn't even give it one but it's the only way I can leave a review from the start l was fooled into buying this item the website is setup so you think your buying a set of pens for £11.99 but be warned it's not they hide the real prices at the top of the screen so you don't see them this site should be closed down in the end l was charged almost £100 for pens l didn't want l tried to get my money back straight away but there was noway they were going to do that so lm left with thirteen pens when I only wanted one for £11.99 it's disgraceful and to top it off they don't work so please don't be foolish enough to go on there website as they will suck you in and take your money!

Product arrived in 20 days.

Product arrived in 20 days.
But credit card was automatically debited with extra ongoing orders that could not be reversed. Card company told me many problems with this product. Only way to stop future billing was to cancel card and reissue new one. product effectiveness unknown as yet. will not be reordering.

I don’t no what’s in this little pen…

I don’t no what’s in this little pen but it’s amazing! I wish I had taken before and after photos because every one would be shocked! It took a week and a half to start showing it was working but considering how bad my nail was after my holiday I’m over the moon! Worth every penny and I can’t recommend Orivelle enough! Misleading - what is the company name as a heade

As described, it's not 'marketed' as a medical product but something from Alixpress or typical Facebook scam - simplify the whole site and reduce the whole presentation - the final price was much higher than shown so not at all cheap as advertised

I need to buy a nail fungus treatment…

I need to buy a nail fungus treatment but I won't be buying this. The ad says it's been adapted for the UK. It's being sold to the UK and is priced in sterling. And yet it talks about 'deductibles' which don't apply in the UK and is not a term most here wouldn't be familiar with.

I am appauld at this company i visted…

I am appauld at this company i visted this website 24th may 2026 .
I was going to order 3 pens started the process and then it went to a different screen where they were sdoing other so i had not completed an order and came off it.
Less than 5mins later i had a pending transaction in my bank for £94.00 i then recieved an email about 10mins after saying what i had ordered i immediatley contacted customer services.Last night i recieved an email asking if i wished to cancel i said yes! And Mia said she could see it pending.
Low and behold after several emails back and forth today from 7am this morning 25th may they reckon its been shipped and nothing i can do!!!
Its disgusting and i have told her this and what happened to a customer being able to cancel an order in a reasonable time frame
