Emma. Emma is the one that is making this great. Plus the fact that that product seems yo be working.

My experience from the beginning was seamless. The sign up, approval, shipment all was easy and fast. The medication was always shipped in time and I knew within just a few weeks it was working. The "food noise" was no longer there, I was eating much smaller portions and feeling full quicker. I saw results in no time and that motivated me. Emma was most helpful to me when I had questions or needed anything. Very quick to respond to me and friendly. I recommend to anyone who is not sure about it to go for it..the company is very trustworthy and the medication is too.

I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism, knowledge, and enthusiasm of the group at Peak Wellness. My experience is heavily based on my work with Emma. She has been available for every question, be it about arranging dosages specifically for my needs, or about references for the peer reviewed research literature on use of GLP-1s in maintenance of weight loss. She has responded to every question within hours, day or night. Her responses demonstrate both broad and deep knowledge of this rapidly evolving field. I was quite guarded about use of compounded formulations, but Emma answered every question and put me at ease. My experiences with her, and with the team at PeakWellness, have been exemplary. I do not hesitate to recommend them.

I thought I’d just be getting the medication and maybe a random email occasionally but it hasn’t been the case at all with Peak wellness.

I started with the company Peak Wellness a couple of months ago. It was the smoothest transition from another company that I was getting my weight loss shots from. From signing up, I was introduced to a wonderful person her name is Emma. She walked me through all the forms I needed to fill out to get my weight loss journey back on track. She assured me it was a quick process, my forms would get to the Doctor to get my plan. I was worried that they wouldn’t keep me on the dose I was on, most companies start you on a lower dose, Emma answered all my questions, the many emails and questions I needed to be sure it was a good fit.I never waited more than a few hours before she would email me right back with answers to my questions. She was knowledgeable, through and so kind and helpful assured me it would all work out. By the third day of emails back and forth, I felt I had meet a true friend and mentor. I couldn’t imagine not having Emma with me for this incredible journey. Emma and the doctor got my prescription ordered and shipped with in a week, there was a weekend involved too! Straight forward prescription, no cost increase for higher dosage. I travel a lot so I change address to where it needs to be shipped. Emma assured me that wouldn’t be a problem, just contact her and she will make sure it gets shipped in a timely manner and to the right address. I couldn’t believe my luck with finding this company Peak Wellness, no more worrying about right dosage, would I get it on time to stay on my weekly Tirzepatide shots. I look forward to my emails from Emma, she is constantly informing me what to expect, and checking on me to see if everything is going good. Emma and Peak Wellness are amazing best customer service I have ever received. Also I am watching the pounds come off, it truly works, I feel better than I have in many years!

I have not tried the medication yet since my shot day is Sunday. I will say since day 1 of me asking questions to see if I should give this company and the pharmacy they are working with a chance they have been amazingggg so far. Any questions I have had Emma has been on top of answering pretty fast. Even my address I accidentally put my old address and she fixed it right away. My shipment arrived pretty quickly and I loved that Emma emailed me right away to check in and asked if everything arrived. I have never received such a quick check in of my shipment arrival. Top tier customer service right there! She’s amazing!! Even the extra information I have been receiving about the medication and what to expect is awesome there’s a lot I’m still learning and keep researching so this helps tremendously. So far I’m loving it and I can’t wait till shot day to see how everything goes! Thanks again Emma!

I am really enjoying Peak Wellness so far. I was using a different provider and had a terrible time getting a hold of them and would take WEEKS even to order let along get the order. I found Peak and they do 6 month order options which is great for me. I tried one month to test it out and see how I felt about the customer service and product. Emma helped me out and she was fantastic! Once I decided I like them, I reached back out to her and immediately got a great response along with clear instructions and quick answers to my questions about dosing. Product is great. Was easy to switch over. Thank you Peak and Emma!

I had done a lot of research and tried a few GLP-1 companies and all ultimately fell short , thankfully I tried Peak Wellness. The easy to use intake process, the swift and accurate delivery of my medication and the easy to understand directions can only be topped by the incredible customer service by my representative Emma. I do not know the size of Peak Wellness but Emma gives me the personal experience akin to dealing with a small family business. I hope for all Peak Wellness current customers and future customers that Emma is the rule and not the exception. A breath of fresh air in a world where personal touch has become very rare !

I'm giving a 5* review because the customer service is great! I was set to be out of the country during my next delivery so I reached out to change my delivery date and Emma helped update it no problem! She also helped me turn my autoship back on when the system didn't seem to let me. She's super quick to respond and it's nice to talk to a very pleasant person who can help! I was previously going through RemedyMeds for my trizepatide but Peak is about $50 cheaper per month so I made the switch. Remedy's prescription review started taking longer and longer to get approved which interrupted my weekly schedule but there was no customer support that I was aware of so I felt like I was flying blind.

My only note is that i did up my dosage from 2.5mg to 5mg when I switched to Peak and it doesn't "feel" like I've went up. I assumed going up would restart the the side effects (nausea, ZERO appetite) but it didn't. I am not saying that is a Peak's medication issue, maybe my body is used to the drug and there's just no side effects for me going up in dosage. I'm only on my first vial so I can't speak to additional weight loss yet but a cheaper monthly cost and excellent customer service is worth me sticking around!

I am fairly new to Peak Wellness and had several questions mostly regarding my current dosage. I received exceptional service from Emma. She immediately understood all of my questions and responded in a timely manner. She was thoughtful and kind and offered me suggestions that made a lot of sense to me. Representatives like Emma are why I stay with a company.
