Will not respond to cancellation. Continues to charge card monthly.
Product is bogus and the customer service is non existent.

Do not trust this company, sells a product that does nothing with a 90-day guarantee but there is no customer service either through support tickets on their website or via their email address. Total scam, would give 0 stars if it was an option.

Does not work. If anything made it worse!

I ordered one 3-month supply and automatically got put on a subscription, repeating every month. I did not ask for this! I have sent multiple emails requesting to stop the subscription and refund the addditional payments with no response! Do not order

I ordered a single shipment and they put me on a subscription!
They keep sending me product at an unbelievable pace while charging my credit card and will not answer my emails to STOP! ( Which is the only way to contact them)

Almost enjoy writing this review of reclaim as the ridiculous team, think it’s acceptable to resubscribe you at 1am and send a “sent” notification at 2am. You’re a scam!

I couldn’t care less about the product and frankly never will. Find an alternative because this one is clearly run but a scam business that wants repeat business and will only notify you in the middle of the night - especially with the best hidden t&c’s ever. I tried to cancel instantly and yes I have proof - yes I have cancelled before the shipment and yes I still received it to only receive a ridiculous letter from this awful business that they would never do such a thing…except that have and they do, so then you’re sent a product to pay and ship back. Don’t use, find an alternative- they’re a joke. Terrible service, no response by any contact and just want to make money by getting you on a subscription service. Find an alternative - anything but these guys

Horrible service and they keep charging your card monthly. No email replies or any way to cancel. They keep charging you like clock work. Stay away

I tied to Cancel and they keep charging me and sending me products that doesn’t relly work. I only ordered one time and not subscription. I’ve sent them multiple emails and keep asking me why I want to cancel instead of cancelling. They changed me hunges of dollars.

Poor support team!!

I’ve emailed over and over again to try to cancel my subscription. To only get Ignored multiple times, or offered a 30-60 day freeze. Considering getting a new bank card at this point, very disappointing and frustrating.

Didn’t work at all, and they don’t replay on my refund claim, just a straight up scam

It took about 10 days before it got shipped from china. Anyway is not working, 3 months I been using it and not a single hair is out
