We hear you, and we're sorry genuinely. Being enrolled in a monthly plan when you chose a one-time purchase isn't the experience we want anyone to have, and neither is feeling pushed toward a pause when what you asked for was a cancellation. You asked us to do better, and that's fair.

We want to confirm plainly: your subscription has been cancelled, and no further shipments or charges will occur. If any charge tied to this has not been fully refunded, we want to fix that.
