That’s one star to many, blades are blunt and I had to bin them all. Total scam

Ordered my razor on July 5th. They said it was sent out on July 7th. It says it's still in transit. Talked to them and they said it was delivered. I never received my order. Do not order from these people.

If I could give them a zero I would! They're a complete scam, they start by advertising the product for $5 then they sucker you with $20 in shipping charges and then they charge you another $33 saying it's a Express shipping fee. It's been 2 weeks since I ordered and it just made it to customs. If I knew the company was this horrible I never would of fell for the hype. They say you check boxes for options you didn't check because I made sure to read everything and I even unchecked the option for emails on new products but they swear I hit the button for Express shipping and won't refund the charge even though there's nothing Express about it.

SCAMMERS. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION. I didn’t even complete the order and they still managed to charge me three times as much as what was stated on the checkout page. Had to cancel my bank card. Absolute scammers.

They scammed me out of money for shipping that I did not agree too. My bank card was then locked because they tried to take more money out of my account. They should not to be trusted and needs to be shut down.

I ordered multiple razors. Never received my order. Emailed the company just to be told to wait. It never came and my package cannot be tracked.

I ordered these razors back in June and I still haven't received anything. When I try tracking the package I get a 404 error. I requested a refund but there has been no communication. Definitely a scam.

So this is a cheap razor, and cut myself 1st tine emailed 3x and was promised by a Christina Meade that I will get a full refund!still waiting. ALREADY REPORTED TO THE BBB

This company is a complete con selling dangerous cheap razors!! All the promises they make in there promotions are false and when you contact them the just keep fobbing you off and then completely ignore your emails!!! I hope someone manages to track them down and strip them of the money they have stolen from many people it would seem!!!

Since June I have dealt with a refund request and it is now September 26th and no refund has been processed amd my emails are no longer getting responded to as of last month. Christina Meade liars and thieves.

Awful company! Terrible razor and terrible customer service! I stupidly purchased 2 razors, one for me and one for my daughter. There is no way I am letting my daughter use one of these as they are so dangerous! Contacted the company regarding returning 1 as it states you can and get full refund..hit with emails asking me to keep trying it, in the end I accepted a 50% refund as it was draining having the same email conversation with Christina and her lack of any customer support! Still waiting for said refund a month on! Awful… do not buy

Hi to all potential customers that are thinking of purchasing from this store simply don't put yourself through it the refund expert with this store Christina meade is full of promises to refund any unhappy customers but in reality she has no intention of parting with your hard earned money once she has it in her account disgusting human being period .

I ordered in July and I still have not received the product. I emailed the company multiple times and they just keep saying it is on the way. I believe it never even got shipped because the post office has no records of ever receiving it. It seems I am not the only one with this issue. What an unfortunate waste of money.

Horrible customer service.
Got the razor, didnt work great for me. I had gotten Knick’s from this “no knicks” razor, and honestly didn’t get that close of a shave.
They gave me the run around of offering me a discount and telling me I would have to pay for shipping, but no matter what I just don’t want the razor.
They also offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, and after 14 days I was still not satisfied.
It’s been 3 weeks now since they were “processing my full refund” and the customer service gal, Christina, won’t respond to my follow emails.
Giving them one more week and I will file a dispute with my credit card. I have all of the emails for proof of the false promises they made.

If I could give a ZERO star review, I would! I ordered a razor from Silky two months ago and never received the product. I contacted the business multiple times regarding the "delay" in receiving the product and received a generic email - the first time! I was told that it was delayed and I would receive it shortly. Fast forward to 3+ weeks later and I still haven't received anything nor have I received a refund I was told would be sent within 1-3 business days. Here I am a week later now and there has been NO REFUND and the product still states it's in customs. This company will be reported to the FTC, attorney general, and I will tell everyone I can how HORRIBLE of a company they are!

Horrible. An Instagram and TikTok scam. It does not shave any hair off at all. The razor blade is paper thin and super flimsy. Tried returning the product and they said it would cost me $9 to ship back to them and offered me a 30% discount which is a $12 loss in total on my part. Whatever ya know. Threw the razor and the tons of blades they sent away. It’s been over two weeks and still haven’t received the refund and customer support has completely ghosted me. There is no way to leave a review on their website which is another red flag. Should’ve done more research before purchasing so be sure to not waist your money on this product. Seems more and more “promoted” products on IG and TT from influencers are more and more of a scam. If I could give 0 starts I would.

If I could give them zero stars I would! I ordered on July 10th and spent $50 with this company. I have still not received anything. It's been 7 weeks! I have emailed several times and keep getting generic responses. I asked for my money back and they said they couldn't because it had already shipped. It does not take 7 weeks to get something, especially after paying $8.95 for next day shipping. These people are a joke! I really wish I would have read reviews on here before ordering. Lesson learned. These people should be in jail. They just steal people's hard earned money. ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!! THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!!!

I have asked for a refund. Agreed to a partial refund so I didn't have to send the razor back.

I have asked multiple times now for the refund I got one reply to state that the refund was being processed and since then no response.

The product itself is not great, that's why I asked for the refund. I've cut myself more time using this razor than I have using disposable razors. After one use there were rust markings on the razor also.

The concept is a good one but the end product isn't great. The customer service isn't either.

Every one star review on here is the same experience I had. Long shipping time so I requested a refund and was told I couldn’t because it already shipped. Got the product after a month and it was horrible. Ripped at my skin.
Went back and forth with Christine about a refund and her lowballing me on discounts. Even with their “100% refund policy”. Finally was promised a refund in 1-3 business days and still haven’t received anything. That was July 23 2024, it is now August 13 2024.
Disgusting way to run a company. Just stealing peoples money and ignoring them.
