Parcel took a month to arrive. Slow unhelpful customer service. I thought i would try them as it was possible to return them but hsve since read it's very difficult to get s refund and they charge you to return it and for item to be cleaned. This is little more than a scam. Product is not particularly useful. Very disappointed but what can you expect.

Awful! These hearing aid had no effect at all. When you need help you cannot speak to anyone; everything is done by email. They’ll send you videos to help you set them up but that’s all.
Read the small print on the money back guarantee as they clearly have no intention of fulfilling that promise!

The hearing aids were easy to order, arrived on time, good packaging. The hearing aids themselves will help anyone with hearing problems, might take a little while to get used to them but definitely worth the money and giving them a go. Good info on the youtube videos too.

Still getting used to these hearing aids, in terms of the optimum settings for me, but am impressed so far. Excellent build and comfort, and being rechargeable is a plus.

Up and running inside around 20 minutes and possibly most of the day fine tuning just to make sure that everything fitted properly and the performance was as expected. It was indeed, it is also good to be able to find tune each 'side' individually. These are actually superior to the standard NHS and superior to those which we tried from a private provider where they cast almost 20 times as much. My wife is absolutely delighted with them. Customer service is also excellent as my grandson who does a wonderful impersonation of a bull in china shop managed to snap the charger. Although the case alone was not available separately a replacement at reduced cost of both aids and case was shipped very quickly and the accompanying messages were both empathetic and very friendly.

I am loving the clarity and the fact that I can hear people better, especially in open spaces where speakers read tracts that I can hear far more clearly than with NHS and private hearing aids. The instructions on the videos are concise and to the point. Each video concentrates on a single point instead of going on endlessly and losing the point. The variety of modes and sound levels are fantastic. Yes, it takes the ears time to adjust to the range of sounds that are possible but they adjust given time. The company was quick to acknowledge the order and it all arrived in good order. It is a different feel when the whole hearing aid sits totally in the ear. My right ear fits very comfortably but my left ear channel is smaller and I am having to get used to the different feel it has when in position. apparently this is very normal as many people have different sized ear channels. If you haven't given this hearing aid a go and you are not satisfied with your NHS or costly private company hearing aids then dont hesitate. Go to trysmarthearing.com

These are a complete scam. They protrude from your ears much more than in photos and become painful very quickly. Attempted to return within policy timescales as not suitable only to be told that only 10% of purchase price would be refunded and I would have to pay return postage. Very unhappy!!!

I reviewed different hearing aids that was available, most were way outside of my budget,( thank you Specsavers / Boots etc) and Smart hearing came up at what I thought was a ridiculous price,got to be a scam and all reviews made me very sceptical, but I actually spoke to someone who had purchased these hearing aids and convinced me they were the genuine article, so here we are, hearing aids in and no problem

Fast delivery. Just getting used to these aids but so far I am benefitting from hearing so many sounds I have been unaware of recently.

The aids have made a great difference. I can watch the telly now with the sound at 20 rather than 50.
The world is is now a much noisier place even with the volume set low. I am NOT complaining .
Getting the aids inserted is a bit fiddly but this will improve as I become more skilful.
The staff were very helpful when the courier had problems because of the weather. I appreciated their support.

Purchased the hearing aids for my husband. He is very impressed with them. Said they are comfortable to wear.. easily charged overnight.he has only had to use them on setting 1( out of 5) and can hear TV etc perfectly well. Easy to set up first time ( nice simple to understand video)
Don't make any whistling noise like my auntie who paid 3x the amount..

Though I waited slightly longer than I hoped - the wait was so so worth it.
Everything beautifully packaged - an excellent handbook - and the aids are exceptional. I have NHS aids but these are so much easier to wear and are rechargeable. The program guide is clear and so useful.
My husband used very expensive ones for years and had nothing but trouble.
He would have loved Smart Hearing.
What is also great is the after purchase Customer Care - quite amazing

Good support before delivery, excellent training videos and realistic expectations of getting used to using the hearing aids. It is also very helpful having everything so clearly labelled.

These hearing aids are sensibly priced, and for me, they work perfectly.

I got used to them pretty quickly due to having worn NHS hearing aids for some years. I'm not yet able to distinguish all words on tv or with other noise around, but it is improving daily. The volume and programme levels help enormously.

Easy to use, comfortable from the start, but find the sticky out bits make me feel a little embarrassed, a bit like an alien from a cartoon movie. They were actually bought for my husband. His hearing has improved considerably.
