Overall, the hearing aids are a big improvement over aids we bought previously from Boots. They are easy to use and a lot less fiddly than other manufacturers. We did have some teething problems with noise coming from one of the aids, but this was quickly remedied by the support staff who gave us some advice on the correct fit.

Delivered in a Chinese bag no instructions and very exspensive compared to other shops ..no instruction do I don't know how it works...

Smart hearing is a company who are giving people the chance to hear , and show the tech is not as expensive as we are made to believe.
I paid over £4000 for hearing aids from Boots for my wife , thinking this is what you have to pay , and I was lucky I could do that.
Then you are told they only last 5 yrs .
I then found this review about Smart hearing, and thought it was worth a go .Best thing I have done as so far my wife is very happy with her aids , they are just as good if not better than the expensive ones. They may not have all the features but I think brilliant value for money.

Smart hearing customer services are second to none I reached out because I had not received my hearing aids and the prompt reply was brilliant they arrived with the cleaning kit the following day. I have not tried them yet because the weather has been too hot but will start using them tomorrow. The cleaning kit is well worth investing in it has everything you need in a very sturdy pouch (it withstood my cockapoo taking a fancy to it and stealing it from the side). This company are brilliant and I will update my review when I have started using the hearing aids

Helpful and friendly staff with great knowledge. The hearing aids are working so much better than my VERY expensive Boots ones. It's so nice not to miss out on any thing people are saying. They fit very easily.

I was nervous about ordering, but couldn't be more pleased with my hearing aids, not only do they work amazingl the support videos are excellent and customer support team exemplary, responding to delivery enquiries over a weekend not just once but twice and on a Sunday. Couldn't be more pleased. Thank you.

It was simple to order, helpful email, assuring me that my order had been received. Only two days of use, I am becoming more accustomed to the ‘in ear’ buds, and I can once again, hear birdsong. Worth every penny.

Waited a little longer than anticipated for delivery, circa 12 days, however, once the hearing aids arrived they were easy to set up following the helpful video lessons. Definitely take a little time to get use to but work fine. As I haven't used any other hearing aid I have no benchmark comparison. I found after a week the volume was still quite high even on the lowest volume setting, so I arranged for a hearing test at a well known high street retailer and found my hearing was good other than in the higher ranges, which apparently makes things like hearing in a crowded restaurant more difficult. Therefore, I have put Smart Hearing Aids in a drawer for use in the future.

After years of being ripped off with inflated prices, & NHS aids that are forever breaking down, these are brilliant…..easy to fit, adjust & comfortable. Can hear my family & friends clearly & the price just amazing. Wonderful customer relations too…..very rare these days. 10 out of 10.

Smart Hearing are a very professional and responsive company. They convinced me that their product was worth a try and supported me through every stage of purchase, follow up and learning to use my aids.

I was sceptical at first as i have tried other aids at a considerable cost . But i am delighted with these as the most important key guide is the sound - its not 'tinny' like others i have tried .
Simple set up and controls - the acid test will be switching modes in a noisy restaurant and see if it makes a difference - i go with confidence

I have only used the hearing aids for a day or two and am pleased with qualty of hearing they produce. I can now hear more clearly and take part in conversations without having to ask family and friends to repeat words or phrases several times.

My aids are working well. I am hearing better than I was with my NHS ones The company seems to be on the ball and the price makes them excellent value. When you receive them just be patient in fitting them in your ears and you will find they work very well.

Within 5 hours of starting to wear my hearing aids I was able to sit in a meeting with about other people
For the first time in a while I was able to hear every word that was said. Watching the videos before receiving the hearing aids was a great help. They prepared me for what to expect and how the volume and programs work. I was surprised how quickly I got use to wearing them.

Throughout the whole transaction of my purchase all staff concerned were most helpful and polite.
As for the hearing aids themselves, I am more than happy with my hearing with them in ,its great.

Received hearing aids on Tuesday 16 June .Read the leaflet and booklet that came with them . Very useful .Looked at the videos which the company had already
e mailed to me . Very informative .
Started using hearing aids on Wednesday 17 June and I'm still happily using them .
At the age of 80 , I recognise value for money and these are !

At my age I am not in love with reading 40 pages of instructions and information. Therefore I will try to stop the whistling noise and hear to a better standard

I am on day 2 of wearing my hearing aids and am so far very happy. I am still struggling with occasional whistling when I move but my hearing is so much improved.

i have just received the hearing aids to-day but i am very pleased with them so far i am wearing them now and watching the tv with the sound so much lower than i normality have it

I was concerned about delivery but when delivered was surprised at the quality. Didn’t set up immediately but when I did it was very straightforward and only took about half an hour. Settings are easy to understand and reception is very good. Didn’t expect it to be as good!
