I have been using this for a while now. It is working great on my keloids. It’s a slow process, but the scars have lightened and are fading away. Used it on my face and I can see the difference! Its glowing 🫶🏼

The Good - quick response to enquiries and clear communication/instructions regarding how to unsubscribe. Easy process. Customer service was top notch.

The Bad - no visible improvement in my KP.

The Ugly - the product stung my skin. I don't have sensitive skin, but this made my arms feel weird (hence why I stopped the subscription). I probably could have dealt with it - I mean, it wasn't painful - if I had noticed an improvement. But, I didn't.

Sad face.

I have to say that I was really skeptical of this product because i’ve had KP since 2 decades. It took a month for my arms to fully clear. I’m still working on my legs, but I hope that will also be as smooth as my arms very soon. I’m only concerned if I stop using the product will it come back. It’s a great product and I’ve had no side effects whatsoever!

I’ve been using the Strawberry Pigmentation serum for 2 weeks and have been asked to review. I haven’t noticed any changes to pigmentation but will keep using the product as my skin texture feels great and it is hydrating. Hoping the pigmentation changes are coming soon!

Okay So i absolutely loved how quickly this worked on my KP arms and legs, it truly helped reduce the appearance. I also appreciate the amazing ingredients it has all in one bottle. It truly leaves my skin feeling amazing….i love the dispenser as well because it deposits a perfect amount with every pump.

This product has helped my skin. Not as dramatically as it has for others, but I have noticed a positive change after using it for over a couple of months. So why only 3 stars? After using the product for 2 weeks I received an email from the company asking me for before and after pictures. The email stated that I would receive a free bottle if I sent the pictures. It went on to state that if I would leave a 5-star review on Trustpilot they would send me a second free bottle. I wasn’t comfortable leaving a 5-star review for a product I had only used for 2 weeks and responded that I would not be leaving a 5-star review for a free bottle but I did send in pictures for the first promised free bottle. I never received the promised bottle for the pictures, and I can’t help but wonder how many 5 Star reviews are on Trustpilot because someone wanted a free product.

It has helped smoothen my skin. I’ve had KP and strawberry pigmentation for over 30 years. And I’m happy to say how this is definitely helped. I’m only on a month of it but it’s cleared up a lot and I will continue to keep using it and hope that fully clears up thank you strawberry!

Tried it after seeing it advertised on instagram. I suffer with like tiny pimple on my outer upper arm, it’s not a bad case but it’s constant and has been for a couple years now. So I got this.

Game changer. Really does work. I noticed results 2 days after and my wife has used it on her face for rosatia and it’s near cleared in 2 days.

Get it ordered asap.

This product is fake. I used it for almost four weeks and didn’t notice any results at all, even though I followed all the instructions carefully, including peeling the surface to help with absorption.

What’s worse, the company placed an order without my authorization. As soon as I received the PayPal payment notification, I contacted them to cancel the order within less than 10 minutes. They claimed the order had already been shipped and could not be canceled (That's happened on Sunday, and the carriers don't pick up on Sunday). However, their own website clearly states that orders can be canceled within one hour after confirmation.

Overall, this product does not work, and the customer service is unreasonable and misleading. Please stay away from this product and don’t waste your money.

Worst experience i have bought almost $134 product and it didn’t work at all. And now when i stopped using my skin already damaged my hands situation right now worst then before and my skin irritates me a lot now… ordered the product at august 2025 got it in my hand end of the month and till December i finished 4 bottle because i got and in October i told them i didn’t see any changes they told to see one more month if i don’t see any changes they will refund but they didn’t. It’s my hardworking money i still have one left..😢my skin feel dry and more itchy now…

I’m currently on my second bottle! I’ve tried other products and nothing came close. This has helped with my hyperpigmentation and in-growns.

I’ve tried so many lotions for strawberry skin, but this one actually delivers. The texture is lightweight and absorbs instantly, yet my skin stays hydrated all day. After consistent use, my legs feel noticeably smoother, redness looks reduced, and those tiny bumps are much less visible.
What I love most is that it doesn’t feel greasy or heavy — just soft, comfortable skin that looks healthy and even. This lotion has become a must-have in my daily body care routine, especially for strawberry skin.

They use stolen images claiming that it’s results from their products. My own before and after pictures of my KP that I posted on reddit are on their website claiming that I used their product. I have found at least two other people that this has happened to. I emailed their support about it and they didn’t reply and instead just subscribed me to their mailing list for ads. I would not trust this company since they have to steal before and after pictures from people who used other products.

I use hyperpigmentation cream, it really makes my skin better and brighter. I would definitely recommend this to my girlies
