Similar to the previous reviews.. I ordered this product, and while I did receive the product I went to cancel it and there is no evidence of my having an account. It keeps charging my card and sending me a product that I do not want because I have no idea what is in it because as far as I can tell the company is a scam.
They fake their turstpilot reviews on the site. Complete scam.
I bought NAC supplement from trysynova.com on Feb 17. My card was charged, but I never received my order. On March 17 my card was charged again. I double checked their website - there were no subscription on my account. I've send them email, they replied that orders could be delayed and they see subscription at their end. They asked me if I want to cancel subscription ,but , how could I be sure they did it since there is no way to see it! I believe they are scammers!
Trysynova is a total scam. I ordered the NAC supplement not realizing this was not in the US, and they never sent the product and there is no way to contact them to get a refund. Their advertisement made it look like a US company. I wouldn't even trust the supplement even if they did send it, now that I know how deceptive they are.
Ordered and never received a thing. They will not return my money and it appears to be a scam because there is no way to get in touch with a real person or address. I've reported this to many agencies.
