My experience with Try the Kit was seamless yet again. They contacted me to see if I would like the kit a day earlier for no extra cost. Which of cause I excepted. It turned up on time, was in immaculate condition and was collected on time. They keep you informed all the way and the instructions are easy to follow. Would definitely do it again.

Everything went smoothly from collection to dispatch.

This was the first time I have used try the kit and the experience was excellent. It's a Great service they provide. The communication was excellent the equipment was good and arrived safely and well packaged.
I would have no hesitation in using again or recommending them.

Brilliant service

I was due to borrow the lens for 2 days but the Try the Kit called me and asked if I wanted a day extra! The lens was delivered as promised and picked up at the time agreed. Also very good communication.

Excellent, a great way to try kit!

I missed my delivery and try the kit not only rescheduled the loan date but allowed me to keep it for longer as needed it over the weekend. The customer service was amazing and I was so grateful. Communication was excellent & I was kept informed throughout the process. I would give more than 5 stars if it were possible. Try the Kit are great. Wish I could remember the name of the lady that was so very friendly and super helpful that I spoke to several times. An easy 5 stars!

Called the day before to check late availability and was pleased to see an R5 II had become available.

Excellent customer service throughout but marked ever so slightly down as deposit refund took longer than expected to come back through.

What a generous programme this is. It didn't cost me a penny to try out thousands of pounds of kit. And they offered to send it a day earlier to give me even more time with at. And they then give you discount if you want to buy something from Canon. Just brilliant. I hope they are able to keep this going. Thanks for the opportunity.

Fantastic and easy to understand service. And a great opportunity to try equipment I otherwise wouldn't spend the money on renting elsewhere.

Worth testing a lens or camera before purchase. Panasonic provided the lens for me to test out - delivered on Friday, returned on Tuesday, all from my home Great idea, great service. It was totally free. Recommend you try it !

An excellent way to try kit from Panasonic phot solutions. The first hire offer is incredible!

Worked as advertised. I paid a deposit. Camera was sent to door. The kit was also collected from my door and the deposit was refunded. They also kept communication by email to inform me of the procedure and collection/ pick up times
