This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I purchased the white wuffy and it looks like a cheap tiny dog toy a puppy wouldn’t play with. It’s not like the commercial at all. Don’t be fooled by the AI old lady their marketing. It’s a lie and not worth your money. It doesn’t look real but more fake than a stuffed animal. It moves and has a cheap recorded dog bark. I would not give it one star but if I could of warned you without a star.

Very Suspicious Company

Very Suspicious Company. Bought a robot puppy from their website Order Number #13DAAFC3E3, got a confirmation email promising tracking within 24 hours, when this hadn't appeared after 48 hours contacted their "Customer Service" whose representative "Victor", rather than giving me said tracking, suggested I wait 48 hours and check my spam folder. Why not just give me the tracking details as requested? Anyway, waited a further 48 hours, contacted "Victor", got a response saying my request had been closed due to lack of response. Then poking about my Paypal account discovered they had setup a pre-authorised payment arrangement with Paypal which I certainly hadn't authorised. Sent website details and screenshots of all the emails exchanges with "Victor" to Paypal and reported the company for not supplying tracking and hey presto got a refund within minutes. If that doesn't tell you everything you need to know about this company then I don't know what else I can say! I am a genuine customer, note order number above.
