Horrible experience. I ordered an XL in the Pink Rose Two Piece Set, and when it arrived, it didn’t fit at all. I immediately attempted to return it, but the return shipping costs from Los Angeles were more than what I paid for the outfit itself. I reached out to customer service for assistance, but they were unwilling to help due to their refund policy. There is no sense of customer loyalty toward paying customers, and they should seriously consider implementing better policies to encourage customer loyalty and returning customers. While I understand policies exist, this experience has ensured I won’t be purchasing from them again.

i never write reviews but after seeing all these bad reviews complaining about sizing and shipping, i thought i should give my input. i placed an order Sunday night for express shipping and got my package midday Wednesday. (im from the US) also the fit of the rosa set was perfect!!!!!!! i ordered an xs and it fit like a dream. this is my first time ordering express shipping anywhere and it arrived as planned! i will definitely be ordering from here again.

Although the dress online seemed super pretty, I believe the roses of the red rosa dress seems to not match the look that is represented online. I also believe their sizing chart is a bit off for the dress. The dress I ordered was too big and I went based off of my exact measurements. It also was not stated that there was a zipper instead of the corset part being used for actual sizing. I felt misled. I also don't favor their return policy, they offer exchanges and refunds but they themselves do not provide the return costs. When wanting to return the cost for it was actually more than the dress itself! I know that it not exactly the company's fault but it is for sure included in how I feel about the entire process of my order. Overall I am very sad. I don't think I would ever order from them again, unfortunately.
Update: As I looked more on the dress, there is a lot of loose threads and poor stitching overall. I believe for the price I paid U would’ve expected a better material and craftsmanship. I feel as if I did not get what I paid for at all.

Terrible sizing and the way they deal with their returns / refunds is also poor! They don’t give you your refund, and don’t take responsibility for bad sized clothing. I got an S it was tiny, returned and got an M it was also tiny. I do not recommend this brand.

Abundance of styles on the site which was great to see. I reached out to the team because I was clueless on sizing and whatnot but they were patient and helped me get it right first time.

I have ordered from here a few times for holiday outfits. Had a good experience ordering, the and clothes usually come in 3wkd. The quality is good and sizing is accurate! They have a small range of clothes but different designs.

Received the order today, and the material is weak. When I first opened the package, I thought I was scammed. I did all my due diligence beforehand and went on their social media (creditable amount of followers) to check what the quality would be like outside of what they present on their website. Unfortunately, the materials I would want for my clothes are not up to par. I am concerned that if I put it in the washing machine, it would get destroyed.
If I could pass a piece of advice to anyone shopping - especially from a website you have never purchased from before - please look at the returns policy. I have not gotten in contact with them yet, and I have a top which I have not opened, but I know that they only offer exchange or store credit. £50 down the drain, but at least it was not £100.
To make matters even worse! the clothes do not even include how to wash them!!!!!!!!! AVOID or you are just the type of person who likes to give out money for free - if that is you, message me, got some bills to pay.

They do not allow a return for refunds. They haven’t allowed me you exercise your right to a refund under consumer contracts 2013. I’ve contacted citizens advice who has immediately informed trading standards who have said they will be in contact asap.
make sure everyone that you read up on consumer contracts and consumer law. They are not allowed to not offer consumer contracts and must do so for all online orders. I’ve contacted them multiple times since and haven’t heard anything yet. I have sent across the form from trading standards/citizens advice. If you/I don’t hear back then I will send a letter before action. Before taking them to small claims court which costs around £30 You must send the letter that I put the template in plus the letter before action. You can find the template for that online too.
They must be law allow you to cancel the order within 14 days of receiving it. So if they say that once the order has been delivered and so they can’t cancel the order this is wrong. You are protected by buying online with this exact law.
Here is consumer contracts (in fact they sent this to me in an email ).
Dear valued customer;
We understand your request to cancel an order. However, under our terms and conditions, once an order has been processed, shipped, and delivered, it cannot be canceled.
By placing an order, you agreed to our terms of service, which state that cancellation requests must be made before the item is shipped. After dispatch, the order is considered finalized and cannot be canceled, as the goods have already entered the delivery process and, in this case, have reached their intended destination.
If the item is unopened and in resaleable condition, you may be eligible for a return in line with our return policy. Please consult our returns policy.
Under UK law, consumers have the right to cancel an order even after delivery, provided certain conditions are met. The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 grant consumers a 14-day "cooling-off" period for most goods purchased online, by phone, or by mail order. This period begins the day after the goods are received. During this time, you can cancel your order for any reason and receive a refund. However To exercise this right, you must inform the seller of your decision to cancel within the 14-day period. After notifying the seller, you have an additional 14 days to RETURN THE GOODS. The seller is obligated to issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of their return.
So as you can see not only is this contradictory but this email does not allow me to exercise my right to consumer contracts 2013. You are legally allowed to cancel the contract. I have sent the letter I was advised to send. This is the template letter for anyone else.
This is an example letter so change it to your circumstances.

Complaint about faulty goods
I bought a sewing machine from you on 14 January 2022. I paid £300.
I now find the goods have the following fault:
The machine stops working after half an hour and won't work again for at least an hour.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods you supply must be fit for purpose. As there was a problem with the goods when I bought them, I request that you give me a full refund.
In support of my claim I have enclosed: The receipt for the sewing machine.
Please respond within 14 days of receiving this letter.

Also I suggest others contact citizens advice who will also contact trading standards as they’ve been very helpful to me
you are and always are allowed to have a cooling off period where if you contact them and say you’d like to cancel your order. By law it’s protected under what was distance selling regulations (now called consumer contracts 2013.

I emailed you and said I’d like to cancel the item. You then told me I couldn’t and have since entirely ignored me. So not sure how I’m meant to return them if you ignore the emails? I was more than happy to send the items back to cancel the contract but YOU IGNORED ME AND CONTINUE TO IGNORE MY EMAILS! I cannot do what you say if you ignore and have now ignored 10 of my email. I have contacted citizens advice who have contacted trading standards and I urge anyone else who has the same issue

Unfortunately I won’t be recommending this company.
They are selling cheaper versions of outfits with the worst material. See through, thin and thread pulling out from seams.
They responded promptly to my exchange request however I had to pay postage to send it back.
Then decided to exchange for accessories because their clothing was awful, and STILL had problems with the items!
They know once their costumers find out they are selling poor quality items they’ll want their money back and that’s why they refuse refunds.

They know this that is why they do not offer refunds just store credit. Even though it is illegal to mislead and not sell rightful products.

Would not recommend this company in the slightest. They do not allow you to return items for a full refund, instead you receive store credit or an exchange. I was fully aware of this before purchasing so I purposely reached out to their customer service team on instagram to ask whether a certain dress was see through as I was hesitant, ‘Lisa’ replied confirming it is definitely not see through… as guessed the dress arrived and was see through! But customer service totally disregarded the fact I had been given false information because it’s money in their pockets and out of mine. The prices are an awful reflection on the items themself, so overpriced for such thin material. I own better from Shein for a third of the price. The customer service team just respond with policies, they don’t actually want to support customers. Avoid.
