TSLC – The Supported Living Consultancy is a property consultancy focused on the supported living sector, connecting landlords and property owners with established care and housing providers seeking suitable accommodation across England and Wales. We assess properties against provider requirements, advise on suitability and potential works or adaptations, facilitate introductions, coordinate viewings and support lease progression. We work with supported living lease opportunities ranging from 5 to 25 years, depending on the property, provider and individual scheme. For care providers, housing providers and Registered Providers, we source and screen properties against specific accommodation and operational requirements, helping identify suitable opportunities with a realistic potential to progress. TSLC acts as the property intermediary and consultancy between the parties; we are not the tenant or care provider. Where an opportunity progresses, the landlord and relevant provider contract directly with one another. Our aim is to make the supported living property process clearer and more efficient for landlords and providers, while helping suitable properties reach the organisations that need them.
