They don't know how to count floors.

The delivery guys left everything on the second floor instead of the third as I requested. They claimed that, for them, it counts as the third floor and refused to go up any further, saying they didn't have the time.

UPD: In my official documents, my apartment is listed on the third floor, which is the standard way of counting. I shouldn't be expected to know a delivery company's internal policy regarding floor numbers. For context, there is an elevator that goes from the ground floor to the first floor, but it’s located 3 entrance further. If it was a strict policy with stairs why delivery didn't use elevator?

Overall, it feels ridiculous to have a heavy package dropped off one floor below my apartment just to argue over the floor count.

After looking into your order I assume the correct floor lever had to be 4. The floor level in our system is for every staircase they have to go up, so not only inside your home. There is only delivery for 3rd floor in your order.

However, I will make a note about this as the delivery drivers did not call the office to discuss this.

Terrible service.

Terrible service.
I paid extra for the delivery to my house on the 2nd floor but when they arrived they simply said they were not going to do it, it was too heavy and they will not do it, despite having paid for it! The guy first said he was ill in his back and then he said it wasn’t the case, so he was lying.
The took my furniture and left.
I called the company the next day and they said they’d organize another delivery which we did, and guess what? The didn’t even show up!
The guy definitely lied and the company far from organizing another delivery or communicating with me, they sent back the furniture.
I see a lot of good experiences but in my case they lied and were completely unprofessional

Convenient, accurate, fast

A very convenient service for tracking the arrival time of your shipment/parcel allows you to save time, which is very important. Also, the shipment is delivered directly to the location (lifted up to your apartment floor), which is very valuable.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience, the delivery guy was late (window of time postponed several times), then he called in a rush and demanded I wait downstairs. Then he called again and said he would not take the furniture in the elevator, that I had to carry it myself. When I came downstairs my furniture was left alone on the street and the driver had left. I called and he INSULTED me on the phone. Unreal.
