Sold me a fake Manchester City shirt
Sold me a fake Manchester City home shirt from the 18/19 Season (The product tag didn't match the orignial code). When confronted with the situation instead of refunding me, they offered a 10% discount on my next purchase. For a website that is supposed to sell only authentic shirts, that is appaling.

When you contacted us in 2019 regarding one of the items you had received, you queried the condition as to why there was small 'CITY' detailing on the back of the collar missing and that it was not 10/10 condition. This is why our offer of appeasement was made.
At no point was authenticity, or product codes, questioned or put forth to us. If, in this case, you had illustrated to us that there is an issue regarding authenticity, we would've wholeheartedly accepted responsibility for an error on our behalf and fully refunded you for this item.
To leave a manual review nearly three years after a purchase is not helpful when it is inaccurate.
Been let down by Royal Mail
Usually very very good, have used loads of times. Sadly this time it’s not been great. The item i ordered has just been confirmed as missing. It was delivered to a post office 2 weeks ago and I have just phoned Royal Mail and they can confirm it’s now missing. This isn’t really TSPN’s fault, but Royal Mail have advised that I get in contact with the sender to negotiate either a claim, refund, or resending of the item.

We have to wait ten working days before raising a claim/investigation with Royal Mail on 'First Class Signed For' items. Due to bank holidays and such, today is only the ninth working day since the item was dispatched.
We will, as always, do everything we can to resolve the matter accordingly and remain confident that despite the delay your order will be delivered successfully.

Good afternoon Matt, we have now issued a full refund for your order as Royal Mail regrettably classed the parcel as lost.
