All terms, including renewal timing and cancellation instructions, are disclosed during the purchase process and outlined in our Terms & Conditions. Customers also receive reminder emails prior to any rebilling, which include a direct self-cancellation link.

We understand that not noticing a difference can be frustrating, as results can vary from person to person depending on multiple factors.
