Awesome customer service
I placed an order with shipping to Mexico, said order was made and sent in the times mentioned on the page, in addition to the fact that the customer service was fast and very attentive.
The problem was the company with which the package was sent, since said company (iMile) is well-known and has several negative reviews for losing or stealing packages, unfortunately they lost my package (they marked it as delivered although they never showed up at my home), when I filed a report and claim with the courier they did not give me any solution. But Tsukiya was very attentive, they took responsibility for everything and supported me in finding my order, in addition to giving me the option of resending the package or even a refund.
In the end my package was found, and the shopping experience improved a lot thanks to their attention, the product is great and left me very satisfied

Just received this beautiful case. I absolutely love the subtle shining effect and can honestly say that it’s the best case I’ve ever gotten. Delivery was fast and the tracking updates are also very convenient. I stumbled upon you via an Instagram Ad so I was a little skeptical at first but couldn’t be happier now. I usually never leave reviews but felt like I had to. <3

Amazing company
Amazing company, one of a kind cases and outstanding customer service. I went ahead and requested a case design and they made it happen! The cases have an amazing texture and look as shiny as you would imagine. They really listen to their customers and provide a positive experience. Highly recommend!

Been 6 days and the case has not even been shipped, I was a bit hesitant with this shop as I saw it on an instagram ad and usually thought they were all scams but I decided to try it anyway, guess I was right.
