I saw a very cool picture of a steering wheel for my car (Mercedes Benz) and after some back and forth talks about details and specs I placed my order and apid. Waited for 4 weeks until I received notice that it was on the way. It came nicely packed and looked stunning.
Replacing such a vital part has to be done with the utmost care, so I watched Youtubes to find the best way but lacked info on how to remove the airbag from this particular wheel. So I reached out and within the day I had 2 links that cleared it. (Tip:put a small paper in with instructions)
Following the instructions, the whol replacement took abot 15 minutes. Initially my distance control did not work so I reached out again with a set of pictures of the situation and received an instruction to change one dipswitch on the wheel and now it works flawlessly.
I am very happy with the wheel, how it handles and esp the after sales support to fix the issue.
