AVOID
AVOID! They will send you a tracking number where it only says "not found" and when you email them they reply after a loooooong time and when the lenses finally arrive i couldnt even have them on my eyes for even a minute, i order lenses from so many websites and have been using color lenses for many years and this has never happened to me, and when i email them about the issue they request some information and when you give the information to them they just stop replying and completely ignore you !!!! Waste of money and lenses thrown in the trash almost making me blind :)))
Edit: The reply they gave me below does not help since i wrote to them again and they do not help me with the issue i had, so do not believe their polite response! In this case they should have stopped ignoring my emails not reply to me just because of my review here.

Ordered these cls to get in time for Halloween and paid for expedited shipping and I still haven’t even gotten any updates on tracking. All it says is that my order is confirmed but the status is unknown. I’ve emailed to cancel my order and have yet to hear back.

I have had no problem with ttdye. The contacts itself are light and airy and decent quality and excellent pricing. I gave one star less not for their fault but it doesn't post to northern Ireland. Otherwise even the customer service is pretty good and many lenses if not all are well described and photos are close to real.

The longest I've ever waited for an item.
I placed my order on the 9th of Oct & didn't receive it until Oct 28. 19 days is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for a singular product to be shipped. Not to mention I've already attended the events I bought them for, so hopefully I can find some use for them.

They mailed me the incorrect contacts
They mailed me the incorrect contacts. I have emailed them several times with no response. I even included pictures of my order and what was mailed to me. Cannot get anyone from customer service to help me.
These were for a Halloween costume. Halloween is in 3 days. Doesn't look like this is going to be rectified in time.
I have ZERO use for surfray green contacts.
The order number was included in all the emails sent to you.
As well as a screen shot of my order confirmation from with the order number on it.
Also.......why are you responding to this review I left and not the numerous emails sent to you? What kind of customer service is this??????????????

They finally emailed me and asked for a picture of the actual contacts not just the box. Sent that.
Then they asked if they could mail me the correct contacts. I told them no I only needed for Halloween and I would not be wearing grey contacts in my every day life.
Said they would refund me back the $26. We will see.

I am constantly emailing and texting Ttdeye but nobody’s giving reply to any of my emails. Poor costumer service. Very disappointed.
Please don’t mislead people. I haven’t received any reply on email. I recently got reply on Facebook messenger after texting you numerous times and after my order got dispatched. I don’t know what ttdeye was sending because I asked for change in one item.
I have checked my primary mails, promotions and spams no reply from Ttdeye. If you people could reply once I won’t reacted like that. Please try to work on your costumer service rather than giving false Information on trust pilot as a reply.
And still if you want I can upload proof that I haven’t received any reply for my emails.
