I paid over 10 dollars for shipping, they never arrived to my home, after I found out that I had to go pick them up at the local postal office because the seller never paid for the shipping fee but instead put a fake shipping label on the package with a fake barcode is what I got told by the postal office which is why they couldn’t deliver it so then had to pay another 6 dollars just to retrieve the item. So now I have paid a total of 26 dollars because the company wants to scam people by putting fake shipping labels and you won’t find out until it’s not delivered because they thought it would be ok to let the costumer pay for it. I was a repeat costumer who will no longer be ordering anything from here. My order number is G8705S1662797, and I expect a 100% full refund and will take my money elsewhere, and don’t try to play me with apologies if it’s not about my refund don’t email me

This is the worst company to order from. They are unprofessional and a rip off. I ordered expedited shipping not only did they provide me with a bogus tracking number but I have been waiting two months for a shipment that should have been to my home within 5 business days. They continue to make excuses and nothing is never resolved. I will never order from them again. Stay far away from them.

Delivered late, prescription lenses arrived and they were cloudy and couldnt see at all. I was told to scrub them gently til they were clear and rinse them and leave them for a day then rinse and scrub etc. Then communication stopped?? had nothing at all after sending several messages. Non existant customer service

Have been purchasing from Ttdeye for a year, so far so good.

Love their range of contacts, especially love the colours for a more natural look. As an asian, it can be difficult to make blue/grey eyes look natural on my dark brown eyes, but TTDeye have several contacts that make that possible.

Some eye irritation during hayfever season (in Aus), but that’s from my allergies, not the contact lenses.

I have tried purchasing from other vendors, but so far, i still keep coming back to TTDeye.

I hope they continue to keep their prices affordable! Especially their sale prices.

Used to buy here for so many years. Bought 4 pairs recently and they burnt my eyes so much, that I can’t wear them.
The pain is awful. Please don’t buy here. The quality is not the same and you damage your eyes

First off, let me say I've tried many different kinds of contact lenses - I know how to take care of them and how to use them.

I ordered 4 different pairs from ttdeye. I was a little skeptical but all the comments on youtube and reviews that praise this company gave me a little hope that perhaps this company wasn't as bad as others were saying, and people were just bad at handling contact lenses.

No. The second each pair of these lenses touched my eye it was burning like hell. It's not supposed to burn like that. After looking at the cases they came in, also saw that some were expired. Not one single pair out if the four could I use without damaging my eyes.

Do yourself a favor and don't waste time or money on them. It's a scam.

I feel bad for all the low stars and the customers who had to incidentally suffer. I can only write my own experience, the lenses are good quality and thin which for me makes it comfortable and I wear it all day with no dryness that I have found with other lens brand. The colours if carefully chosen when suited to your own natural colour are very natural looking even in close up it looks very natural! The customer service itself is excellent...they had to redirect my parcel to a whole different country and they did it with no issues. Anyone thinking to buy should be ready to wait for two weeks after all the company is Hong Kong based, should order beforehand with good lead time. I have bought four times in a year already.

Terrible… I bought every year lenses for a few year now. I bought like 3 a year. I was very happy until last year… I bought 9 lenses in a half year time and throw like 8 away. They were itching, dry and hurt my eyes. Now I contacted the service and they are not reasonable. Very bad service, very disappointed. Never going to buy again. Waste of my money…

The delivery time was better than they projected. Just make sure that your vision is correct in the on-line order form before you click on pay. I would definitely purchase again. They give everything except saline. They know how to accommodate a customer. TU

takes forever to arrive and lenses take 15 minutes to apply. The color is natural and lenses are comfortable on the eyes and can be worn for hours. wont repurchase due to how hard it is to apply them.

Horrible experience.
They made me cut up my lenses as I told them that they were not very comfortable and I had to wait a long time to get some new ones. They were supposed to send ones to match my prescription letter but they messed it all up and won’t fix this for me.

They sent me 6 pair of prescription lenses that do not work for me because of curvature difference. I've been told since 12/29/23 I'd be getting a refund if i cut the lenses up and sent a picture. I cut all 6 pair up sent them the picture and they said they would issue my refund on 12/29/23 again on 12/31/23 and again on 1/1/24. THEY STILL HAVEN'T and as of right now 1/3/24 i asked for proof it's been issued and was told i'm not getting it because i upgraded which makes no sense i never did any type of upgrade. I have the full conversation between them and myself and never once did any type of upgrade. I filed a dispute with my cardholder as well. They are dishonest. I cut all 6 pair up as asked of me and sent the picture and have been told multiple times I'd be getting my refund and now out of nowhere they're making things up. I want my $37 back!!

I'm a repeat customer. From my first purchase I was hooked on these lenses! The contacts are comfortable, easy to apply and remove, and the selection of colors is unmatched! There is something for everyone and every occasion! The colors I have bought have either colored or blended into my natural color beautifully! They look so natural! My eyes are grey, green and brown. I bought kiwi green, iris green, iris blue/grey, passion fruit grey, and trinity green. Every pair I wear look great! I especially get comments when I wear the kiwi green, iris green, and iris blue/grey, as those are the ones that are closest to my natural eye color. The other colors cover my natural eye color and change the appearance without being too obvious. I just placed another order yesterday, I wear these contacts ever day. They are comfortable and have never irritated my eyes. With the proper care these contacts last as long as they say they will. I am so happy I found ttdeye and I will continue to be a loyal customer! Their prices and selections are unbeatable! Thank you ttdeye!
