Scott was so responsive and accountable when I raised a very minor issue with my order. Scott got my order rectified quickly and added a little extra in which I was not expecting.

Excellent company! Great value for money. Lovely items! I ordered 6 cookie decorating kits on 3 for 2. They got separated and were a tad delayed due to Royal Mail strikes. I emailed asking if my other half was coming. I had a response within 5 mins with all the information. Exemplary customer service and great product. Highly recommend.

Amazing company, we have been purchasing their gingerbread for the past 3 years and it tastes amazing! We have never had any issues with them. Only with royal mail which TTK confectionery customer services sorted very quickly sending out replacement kits and even adding in some extra yummy treats for inconvenience! Look forward to purchasing again Next year!

Asking for a review about an order I am still waiting for. I have sent 2 emails regarding my order that have had no reply. This order was for teachers leavers presents but she has now broke up for the summer holidays. Needless to say I am far from happy with my purchase.

Someone brought me one of these for my birthday, I loved it, very personal. I purchased for some colleagues as it’s the end of school term. They give a personal message to the person, they are quirky and very reasonably priced, I had a few presents to buy but these are not expensive, just perfect. They were prompt with delivery as well! Very happy and will definitely be ordering again.

Good swift service. Packed well and arrived within a few days. Jar slighty smaller than I expected for the price but I'm still happy with it.

I put a note on my order saying some of the items were for my son's birthday in 5 days time. I didn't expect the order to arrive in time because it was standard delivery and the postal service has been so slow lately. However, it came the day before his birthday. I like to think TTK Confectionery swiftly processed my order to help make this happen. Products were great, as always.
